Extreme trouble with service department I leased a Genesis G-80 from this dealership. This is the second Genesis I leased, the first is when the dealership was still owned by Brad Benson. I have valet service so I'm supposed to call Hyundai, have them pick up my car, drop off a loaner and once they're finished return my car and pick up the loaner. Apparently, the dealership is in the process of being sold again and after at least 6 different phone calls (and I am being conservative here, I really believe it to be 7 or 8) I know a whole bunch of employee names but I still have not had my car serviced. I absolutely LOVE my Genesis but feel the dealership is horrible. I not only would not recommend them to anyone I believe Hyundai should be embarrassed by this dealership.! More

I worked with Troy, who was great, but the dealership as a whole is leaving me with a terrible taste in my mouth. I just want to settle all of this. You'd think they'd be quick to tell me how to PAY THEM! More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I normally don't feel compelled to write reviews but this dealership is so awful I had to say something. If there was a way to give this dealership - I normally don't feel compelled to write reviews but this dealership is so awful I had to say something. If there was a way to give this dealership -5 stars, I absolutely would. I traded in my old car over a month ago and they still have no paid off my previous vehicle loan servicer. I have made MANY calls to DCN Hyundai. Each time I am told no one is available to help me and a message is taken down. No one EVER calls back. I live over an hour and a half away so just "stopping by" the dealership is not an option. I have reported them to Hyundai Consumer Affairs and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission's Business Licensing Department. If you do a Google search, you can see that ABC 7 on Your Side News did a story about them defrauding someone in late November 2018. There are similar reports of other unfortunate customers with similar experiences who have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not disregard the reviews that state the finance department does not return calls. They appear to be purposefully defrauding people on a regular basis and they REFUSE to speak with you if you're not interested in buying a car. Buy a car from this dealership AT YOUR OWN RISK! More

I missed my gap claim time and I am left with a 8,000 bill with my loan company. Mind you this was last year when I got into my accident. And have been on going between gap and dch. They never cancelled my gap insurance or service warranty. Refuse to give me anymore information that they would have. And again can not get any contact form them.Yesterday I saw eyewitness news 7 did a segment about them with a customer having a similar problem. I am to the point where I will be contacting every outlet and department regarding them. More
