Fantastic! I purchased a Genesis G70 from this dealer a couple months ago and had an odd problem that started last week with a misaligned trunk lid. I called se I purchased a Genesis G70 from this dealer a couple months ago and had an odd problem that started last week with a misaligned trunk lid. I called service to check it out because there were no signs on the outside the car was hit (which would normally be the cause of a misaligned trunk on one side), so I wanted to confirm with the dealer's service department first it was not something that required an adjustment. Service consultant Kevin was great over the phone, he made me an appointment for the next day and booked me on the Genesis at home service pickup/delivery service. Wow! All I can say is that I've owned a lot of cars from many brands, and this is by far the best service experience I have ever had (and I have had lots of good ones too!). The problem was fixed within hours. Car was only gone for 4 hours and I never had to leave work. Problem solved. No fuss. Great attitudes by the dealer personnel. If every future service experience by Genesis is as good as this one, I'm sold on Genesis for my future vehicle purchases. Lexus and Infiniti and all other luxury brands need to watch out and take notice because Genesis has figured out the new vehicle service paradigm and it is the way of the future. Well done Genesis of South Brunswick! More
HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! Its all fun and games until something goes wrong in your car and you have to deal with the service department. Who by the way likes to t DEALERSHIP! Its all fun and games until something goes wrong in your car and you have to deal with the service department. Who by the way likes to take advantage of and rip off their customers. I leased my 2017 car through DCN Hyundai and to my understanding DCN does not exist anymore and it is now called Hyundai of South Brunswick. I went to get my free oil change as stated in my contract and the lady (unsure of her name) says since the dealership is under new ownership, Hyundai of SB will NOT honor any deals made by DCN. She gave me a piece of paper with an email address and phone number so I can express my concerns there. Mind you I tried calling and emailing several times and have yet to get a response. This is not fair to your customers and I believe any agreement that was made when leasing the car should be honored throughout the ENTIRE term of the lease. Agreements made at the time of the purchase should never become null just because a dealership is under new ownership. Recently, my check engine light came on in my car and I took it to the dealership on 7/8 and they told me they "think" its because my air filter was dirty and were going to charge me $50 for a replacement, $211 for a fuel induction service plus about $40 in fees/taxes. I would be spending $300 for a service that they are not even sure will fix the issue. If you don't know, air filters cost less than $20. I suppose Hyundai likes to take advantage and rip off their customers. But how many people has this dealership ripped off? Anyway, I noticed 2 days after I got home there was something was hanging from my car. I went back to the dealership on 7/12 and they said the part would cost $500 and because it was "wear and tear" How can there be wear&tear on 2 year old car? I have to assume Hyundai doesn't make sustainable vehicles if I already have to spend money fixing it. But if you want to know the truth I believe they did something to my car at my first visit. What a coincidence that a part in my car is damaged right after I leave the dealership. The funny part is as I was expressing my frustration on the phone in the lobby another customer overheard me and then started to share her horror stories with this dealership. Very interesting if you ask me. This dealership is a bunch of crooks!!!!! I can't wait to be done with them. More

A great experience My wife and I went to this dealership and met with Steve Seidner. Steve took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the 201 My wife and I went to this dealership and met with Steve Seidner. Steve took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the 2019 Tucson we were interested in. When Steve was done we were familiar with all the features of the auto. When it came time to decide whether to buy or lease Steve explained clearly the benefits of each and was patient as we made the decision. When all the paperwork was completed, Steve personally watched as the car was detailed for delivery that same day. We watched as he went all around the car pointing out any areas that had to be cleaned. Steve then presented the car to us and answered all of our questions before saying good bye to us. Steve gave us his personal cell phone number and told us to call him with any additional questions or concerns. The next day, I received a text message from Steve asking how I liked the car and if there were any concerns. I highly recommend Steve Seidner for his caring and professionalism. More
