Take your money elsewhere! Scammers. I just bought my first car. I have excellent credit, as does my mom (my cosigner). I researched the car, and went to this dealership because they had the model and color I wanted. I figured since there were new owners, the forging of paperwork and poor customer service would have changed. WRONG! I spent over 5 hours there. After fake negotiating and phone calls, Tony R. came back with a number and I signed. Chris D. offered me additional warranties and I declined all of them, and signed a paper saying I declined them. In fact, despite the long time, I left a nice review on the email survey because I was just excited to have my car. I wish I could change it. About two weeks later, Kristina text messaged me saying my grad discount was going to be removed because I gave incorrect income, but after a week of not getting a call back, I went to the dealership and she e had mixed me up with someone else! Along with my first statement (which was $30/more higher than I signed for) I received in the mail a card for prepaid maintenance, a plan I declined in writing. I called the number on the card, they told me I also had gap insurance (which I declined) and they said to contact the dealership. No one wanted to return my calls. I got bounced to voicemail boxes that were full, or Chris D.'s voicemail who no longer works there. Tony R. was next to impossible to get on the phone, except to ask me to leave a good review in exchange for getting my car washed, and to tell me to come fill out the form. I called corporate, who offered no help: only finance at Hyundai of south Brunswick could fix this. After 2 and a half weeks of no returned calls, I went in with my mom (cosigner) and everyone except one man ignored us. There were no customers there, just a huddle of employees chatting. We asked to speak with finance, and David G. was the rudest person I have ever met! He rolled his eyes at me several times, did not bother to shake my hand, and acknowledged that I was not the first complaint of forged paperwork. However, he had no intention of taking ownership and take steps to make it right. After speaking to Tony L., I was told to expect a call from the owner the following day. It has now been almost a week. After 4 phone calls, I finally received a call from Janet, who said she would get back to me the following day. I have not heard further, nor have I gotten my money back on the warranties I had to cancel. I got the car 2 months ago and this is still not resolved. Beware! I had originally told several friends to go there, and now after this they will be purchasing from other dealers. More

I did my homework and found the car I wanted at this dealership. After the test drive, we began negotiations. I told them I would pay in cash for the car and they wanted to add a $2k dealer fee to the vehicle and a $600 licensing and title fee. Obviously, I wasn't happy with that. We finally negotiated to a price we agreed on and began the paperwork. Wow, for a cash deal, did that take long! About 2 hours to be exact. When the transaction was finally over, the salesperson told me to come back when the plates were ready and they would install them for me. 2 and a half weeks later, I drove the hour and a half to have my plates installed once I called to see if they were in. Turns out, there is no front plate bracket on the vehicle. I told them they should include a bracket for the license plate and they said they would order one for me. Being that I live so far away, I asked them to mail it to me and I would install it myself. The service person said they would relay that to my salesperson and have it done. Two more weeks later, I called and tried to get in touch to see if my bracket was there. No answers. I left my salesperson two messages in that week. No call backs. The week after, I finally get in touch with my salesperson and he says he never got any voicemails from me. I express my frustration at this point and he says he'll have it taken care of and that my title is in. I tell him to mail my title with the bracket. Another week goes by, and nothing from my salesperson. I call again and leave a message, no return call. Then, I call the dealership and ask to speak with someone else who can help me. Another salesperson listens to my complaint and says he'll take care of it. Another week goes by and I hear nothing. I call back and when I ask to speak to a sales manager, I am put on hold for 7 minutes. So I hang up and call back demanding to speak with someone. It is the same person I spoke with last week that said he'll take care of it. He told me he had spoken to the service manager and told him to call me to clear this up. In his defense, he sounded genuinely surprised when I told him no one had reached out to me, yet again. So, 5 minutes later, the service manager calls me and tells me to order the part myself as it will take him 3-4 weeks to get it in and he'll send me a check. At this point, I am livid. This should not take this long and the lack of communication from anyone at the dealership is horrible. Not one person called me, I did all of the calling to them. I told them to send me my title as they still have not mailed it to me, and we'll see how many months it takes for them to do that. I know for a fact that the title has been sitting there for three weeks. Don't go to this dealership strictly based on the fact that there is no communication whatsoever. Then, when you finally do speak with someone, or at least the people I spoke with, they act as if you are bothering them. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I know I will not be going back there. More

No Stress I received the best service from this dealership yet. I was in a hurry to lease a new Elantra since my mileage had expired and everyone was accommodat I received the best service from this dealership yet. The price was less back in April due to additional rebates but they still worked with me. Great customer service all around from sales to finance. The new ownership gets it about the overall customer experience and service. I truly appreciate it and love my new Elantra !! More
