My wife and I bought a used Hyundai in large measure because of Fred. He was knowledgeable, answered our questions and addressed our comments directly and clearly. If he didn’t know something - which was rare - he got the information immediately. No matter what, he was highly polite and informative. There were no fake stories nor lies nor non-answers from him. The bottom line: Fred treated us, obviously, in the same manner he would want to be treated if he were the prospective buyer. He was great. About a month after we bought the car we got a call from Route 1 Hyundai that our license plates had arrived and that we should come back to get them attached to the car. So when we got there we were delighted to see Fred again. Once again, he was so helpful. We give Fred a rating of FIVE stars two times! - once for each occasion over the two months we interfaced with him. More

Car was set up properly and the salesperson took the time to go through the various features, set up Hyundai Bluelink, etc. The paperwork for out-of-state buyers was a hassle but they handled it as well as could be expected. "packing the contract," n this practice is not only unethical, unprofessional, it is against the law as per the nj consumer fraud act, punishable by a $2000 fine, they will be forced to pay 3's the damages plus attorneys fees More
