Anyone who is even remotely thinking of looking for a car at this location please go elsewhere. If you do decide to go do not agree on a monthly payment. Ask about purchase price, dealership fees, apr etc. They use fraudulent practices. They will wear you out in the uncomfortably hot showroom for hours waiting on the financing office to draw up the paperwork until you're exhausted. When they finally get you in the financing room they will try to rush you so you don't see what you're signing. They confirmed a car was cpo before the financial office, but then try to get you to sign a paper that it is not a cpo vehicle. When you try to dispute it they have to keep telling you we didn't say that and our cpo cars are never certified unless you pay extra on top of the advertised price. They also give you a purchase price on the car before financing and when you get in there they will try to get you to sign at a higher price. If you are trading in a car and they also tell you they will give you a lease buyout and pay the full price quoted by by your leasing company don't believe it. They will try to get you to sign a paper less than the buyout price and a negative equity statement. Unfortunately, the sales department did not know we are fully aware of negative equity. They were trying to pay $1000 less than the buyout price and roll it into our financial agreement. When you dispute this and want to walk out they have a finance guy who will try to explain that he has been buying vehicles for a long time and the price is only the price he negotiates with the leasing company. He will still need you to sign the negative equity agreement because it's all required by no law. When you keep telling them you will not sign the paper a manager will come in and say if you don't want to sign it you have to leave because we are very busy. When you say no problem he gets extremely frustrated and grabs all the papers of the table and yells for a guy to put on your license plate. This is not the first time they have tried to scam people. Steve was polite and apologized for any misunderstanding or confusion with the deal finances and trade-off, then helped resolve it to our satisfaction. He picked up our desired car from an away dealership. He was very communicative via text and e-mail and i hope this will continue beyond the sale. Honestly, i can say the deal wouldn't have went through if it was not for Steven's help and interventions to resolve finances and trade-off issues that came up. Thank you so much Steve. His follow-ups through texts and emails were quick and informative. He went out of his way to personally pick up our vehicle on his day off (well done Steve!). Thank you again for patiently answering all of our questions. However, the dealership and it's financial practices were not acceptable. They made the financial part of the deal more stressful then necessary. I got the deal I wanted but they low balled our trade-in and the new car pricing negotiation was contentious. Make sure you read all paperwork thoroughly - they tried to switch our agreed upon loan rate. More
