He took us out to the lot to look for a car, we had many choices and choose the car we leased. A process that has taken us 4-5 hours or more in the past, because of Steve’s diligence we were out in 2-3 hours. I was in the market to buy a used car. At the same time, I was also looking to trade in my 2010 Mercury Milan. I found the car that I wanted to look at online. I had contacted them a couple of d WORST HARROWING EXPERIENCE!! I would recommend not to deal with the dealership as they blatantly lie to your face. I had contacted them a couple of days before visiting the dealership. I wanted to buy a Elantra Limited Edition and was quoted a price of $199 for 36 months with $3000 down including taxes and fees. After a while I got a better offer from another dealership and asked them if they could do me better and put the Ultimate package. Terra, their employee confirmed me on the phone that they would be able to do that and I got excited and headed to the dealership. After making me wait for 30 minutes without any reason they tell me that they never said that they could do it without taxes and fees. I asked to call Terra and ask her (at that exact point Terra had dissapeared from her desk). When I asked to call Terra on phone, they told me she had no authority to provide quotes. So basically employees are allowed to lie about it and lure the customer to the dealership to be screwed upon. Sherif their sales manager kept on asking me to get the car, also rudely telling me that I'm very stubborn finally removing the taxes but still including the fees. He also demanded me to show the price quote of other dealership in writing as if I'm committing a crime by negotiating with him, worst sales manager ever. I'm never going to buy from this dealership after they blatantly lied to me. The lesson I learnt is that get it in writing before going to the dealership! More

I had to ask the woman in finance to put hers on before going into her office and she said it fogs her glasses but she complied. 2. They don't have their act together. My car came from another dealer, so I had an appointment to come back and do the sales paperwork the day it arrived. I was made to wait over 3 hours to be seen by finance, and constantly told it would be a little longer. I live 15 minutes away. Why can't I get a call to say we're really backed up and we'll call you when you can be seen soon. During COVID, I want to reduce my time indoors with unsafe staff. Then, after all that, they didn't handle all the paperwork properly and made me come back to sign a few things. 3. They are shady. The manager who came to negotiate with me brought my trade-in down claiming he'd have to replace my tires. When I went back the next day they had my car tagged for sale for more than double what they gave me and didn't do anything with the car at all. Guarav the sales rep was fine; it seems like he's at the mercy of how things operate there and he does his best. More

However, the way Steven explained each model and their features to us and took as much interest as buying a car for his own daughter (with personal anectodes), we were completely convinced and went ahead and purchased an Elantra. He then worked with us to meet our pricing goals and has been following up with so much care after the purchase. Steven’s not just a car salesman trying to make a sale, but a genuine human being who also does a great job selling cars. More
