I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The salesman, Michael Patrick was patient, understanding and worked hard to meet my family’s needs. The manager came over to introduce himself but did not try to take over negotiations like many dealerships do. I worked only with Michael, which made the experience less stressful and I did not feel pressured. The financial advisor, Sahra, was personable, thorough, and explained all the paperwork. I recommend Route 1 Hyundai to anyone looking for an excellent experience. More
