Steven also introduced me to a new owner, who listened to me very carefully, heard me, and at the end addressed my all concerns. The finance guy , Jakov, was also awesome . It frustrates me even writing a bad review. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM A DEALER NAMED JOBIN MATHEWS. This guy sold me a Lexus. I paid USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM A DEALER NAMED JOBIN MATHEWS. This guy sold me a Lexus. I paid a lot of money. I don't know anything about cars. Jobin ensured me there were NO PROBLEMS with the car. I realized the brakes were almost at its limit so I got it changed at the dealership. They charged me an "employee discount"... They Installed the squeakiest and cheapest brakes as I paid the regular price on it. Whatever I said as I drove off the lot. Not like I'm going to see these scam artists ever again. This is when I realized after they changed my brakes they messed up my alignment. I call Jobin and he tells me "ill fix it for EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT" are you kidding me? Instead of driving 1 hr to South Brunswick I go to my local mechanic. They pull the car up notice there are mismatching tires for an awd car and the rear shocks were blown. Along with the tire alignment, the repairs were going to cost 1k. When I called them to tell them this issue they already knew the problem. They didn't tell me. I could hear it in their voice as they pulled up the car info. Guess what they will fix it for me.... with "EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT" FOH. These are all basic repairs for a car that they should have been brought up during the sale. They have a mechanic shop in the dealership. should have been done before they put the car on the market. Don't buy a car from here. Don't trust Jobin. $1000 Bucks I could have used to do other upgrades to the car. More

Terrible. Now they're trying to say I didn't pay my bill in July and I have proof I did. Also payment is higher than we agreed on email. Totally out for money so much better when Brad Benson owned it, second time having an issue all they do is push you into a deal and don't care about whether its what you want or not. Not going back when lease is up and this is my third elantra from them. More

I recently had turned in my car and within the same day Steven provided me with my brand new car! He was phenomenal, he was so helpful and extremely communicative with me.
