I have purchased 5 cars from this dealer over the past two years (2 cars were purchased within same month and are the subject of this review; 4 of them Genesis models, and most recent a Hyundai). I continue to return because their sales and service are consistently great. Getting the cheapest price is not the priority for me. I appreciate fair pricing combined with trustworthy dealers that keep their word and follow through on their promises. Genesis/Hyundai of South Brunswick has consistently excelled in this area. My Hyundai salesperson, Mike Daniell, kept me regularly informed on some post-sale items that were important to me. My Genesis salesperson Jo helped close a deal on the perfect model and colors for my wants. Greg in parts was great in helping me find accessories, and Aldo in Service was a huge help in taking care of a few items post sale on both cars. Genesis and Hyundai continue to amaze with their products lately, and this dealer is a great front line service provider to make the entire sale and ownership experience one that keeps someone like me wanting to come back for more! But hands down, our decision to purchase was the no pressure, very patient rep who made this transaction very smooth. Steve Seidner went the extra mile to accommodate my elderly mother who rarely goes out (while awaiting her second COVID vaccination). To accommodate her, Steve made it possible for my mom to see the car at home, and even took the time to allow her to sign the papers at home. Additionally, after the sale he still followed up with us to ensure he could assist if we had any questions on the car or it’s features. We were so impressed that we told our family and friends, who really have a high impression of Hyundai and Steve. Steven Seidner is a triple A sales person! He listened to all my questions and made sure to address all my needs; he was very professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality! I am pleasantly surprised about my visit. I have stayed away from this place since its new ownership because of my terribly experience with the previous management so I was hesitant going on.
