Ended up with $1500 over MSRP plus a $500 documentation fee that they tack on. Car was set up properly and the salesperson took the time to go through the various features, set up Hyundai Bluelink, etc. The paperwork for out-of-state buyers was a hassle but they handled it as well as could be expected. The finance manager pushed to sell an extended warranty but was didn't push unreasonably before taking "no" for an answer. Great sales person -- Jonny Daniels. More

this dealer has included in my contract gap insurance for $995 n a service contract for the amount of $2895 a total of $3890 I did not authorized these and I have been trying to have them removed from my hyu $995 n a service contract for the amount of $2895 a total of $3890 I did not authorized these and I have been trying to have them removed from my hyundai account for over a month now, on the first e-mail mr. kim quickly replied saying that it was going to be deducted immediately and it has not been done as of today 12/6/22, I have gotten the better business bureau involved to no avail, my phone calls go to his voice mail and do not get returned, even the BBB is being ignored, look out for mr kim, I am going to get my lawyer involved n we will sue them for the $3890, the acrued interest for same amount and other legal issues, this is not a customer friendly business as they try to take you for a fool. stay away, there are other honest hyundai dealers in the area, let it be known that adding to the contract, is called. "packing the contract," n this practice is not only unethical, unprofessional, it is against the law as per the nj consumer fraud act, punishable by a $2000 fine, they will be forced to pay 3's the damages plus attorneys fees More
