What is there to discuss? Your sales person and finance manager were totally out of line and wasted my time going there. I submitted a quote with all my information for a Hyundai Hybrid Blue thru the Hyundai USA website on 10/20/21. I received an email asking I contact them regarding the vehicle I was looking for. In speaking with them, I was told I needed to come in to get information. I called in good faith and extension 118 is not valid.

I spoke with Ali and he asked me to remove the review if I bought the vehicle from him at MSRP. He looked at the system and said it was still available. But by now I have already placed a deposit on the same vehicle from another Hyundai Dealership. I have already started the process and did not pay anything over MSRP and they are not adding anything to the pricing. Once I pick up the vehicle I will post a review on their dealership. So far, the experience has been excellent with that dealership.
