I went with my daughter when she went shopping for her first new car. Since we lived nearby, we decided to stop at Route 1 Hyundai, even though I had problems with the dealership several years ago when it first new car. Boy, am I glad we decided to look here. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Unlike several other dealerships we stopped by to shop, they had a huge selection of cars. We were very lucky that Fred was the salesman who came over to help us. He was very patient and made sure he answered all our questions. He spent the time to teach my daughter what she needed to know to make the right choice. After making the sale, Fred contacted my daughter several times to see if she had any questions. Naturally, when I needed a new car, I emailed Fred. He quickly emailed me back and told me that he was switched to Genesis and could not be our salesperson for Hyundai. He told me to contact Darren because he was sure Darren would take care of me. He talked to Darren about me so he knew I was coming. When I arrived, Darren was with another customer. When Fred saw I was waiting he came over and started helping me until Darren was available. I was not sure what model I wanted but Fred and Darren both worked very hard to make sure I found the best car for me. Darren has since contacted me several times to see if I had any questions and returned my emails, even on his day off. I will be recommending Route 1 Hyundai and Genesis to my family and friends and telling them to make sure they ask for Fred or Darren. More
