I went to dealership to possibly purchase a new car. I got swindled into a 2010 Hyundai Accent and financed for $19,000. I found out that they added an extra $1,750 to the sale price of the car for not be got swindled into a 2010 Hyundai Accent and financed for $19,000. I found out that they added an extra $1,750 to the sale price of the car for not being a Hyundai owner ($1,000) and not being Military ($750). Dealership did not send pay off for trade before due date and I keep getting phone calls from the bank for the payment. Dealership has neglected to properly register the car. Dealership unwilling to work with customer to resolve issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! More

My sister and I both went hoping to purchase new cars. I wanted to purchase the '11 Accent. They had a nice first impression, friendly people and had a BBQ going. They took my car to appraise it while we test drove several cars. While out on a test drive, I asked the price of the car. I was told I would have to wait to see the deal that they could work out. They wanted to sell me the Accent for 20k. I asked for the keys to my personal car numerous times while going back and forth with numbers and refused to go lower. I had been there for over 3 hours at this point and was fed up. I asked where my keys were and told them I was leaving, they refused to give me back my personal keys, and tried to keep selling me on the Accent. Finally, after a big fuse, my sister walked into the office, and asked the guy where my keys were, this guy said he had no idea and she noticed them in a cup on HIS desk. Talk about dishonesty. I was then chased into the lot by a guy claiming that "the only person above him was Brad Benson". He was still trying to work out a deal with me! As soon, as I turned out of the lot, my cell phone rang, it was the dealership still trying to sell me the car! I told them that I was not coming back and hung up 3 times! The 4th time that they called, I told them I was heading to the South Brunswick police station to file a harassment complaint... I want nothing to do with this dealership and will NEVER go back More
Service department person tried to overcharge my 22 years old son on unnecessary repairs he suggested. When I walked with Mitsubishi Lancer book in hands and asked explaining where he can see in book that co old son on unnecessary repairs he suggested. When I walked with Mitsubishi Lancer book in hands and asked explaining where he can see in book that company suggesting this service to be done on two years old 20K Lancer - he screamed "GET THE F..K OUT OF HERE". I opened complain with Mitsubishi on this, however not sure if they even care about. Run of this place, worse I ever work with. More

I walked in to buy a 2011 Hyundai Accent. I wanted a vehicle that was great on gas and offered a great value. After speaking with Ed Rubino, I walked away with a new 2011 Elantra for a price that was a vehicle that was great on gas and offered a great value. I would definately recommend Brad Benson to you if you are going to buy a Hyundai. I drove back my new Sonata after 2 hours there, taking the test drive, negotiating the price and went through the financi are going to buy a Hyundai. The internet sales manager(David Testa) is nice, patient and very honest. He was trying to break down every details to me and was straight up with what he can do and cannot. The follow-up service was very good as well. More
