We were in search of a reliable and dependable car for our daughter who lives in LA. Danny Feldman was wonderful in helping us get what we wanted, a new Hyundai Elantra, in less than 3 hours. We drove the car to LA immediately - a 3,000 mile trip and it was a pure pleasure...the drive and the car! Danny convinced us that the vehicle warranty and the JP Powers rating that the Elantra was the car that would handle the LA Freeways the best. The price we paid for the car was the price we wanted, the negotiation process was very simple! The financing was amazingly easy too. Becasue the car is now in California we have never used the Service Department so we can't comment on that aspect of the dealership. More
Although this dealership has MANY negative reviews, if you do your homework and ask the right questions, they absolutely honor the deal they give you. Because visiting this dealership would require hours of travel, I asked for a phone quote, which NO ONE EVER GIVES! They realized that without "the number", I would not come down, so they gave a phone price quote. That to me was a great show of faith and in return I promised not to use that number to blackmail another dealer. The most important question I asked was whether the final price included the $720.00 delivery charge (destination charge?) that is clearly listed on the factory MSRP and they assured me that it did. When we were ready to sign, the sales manager was surprised that this $720 amount was included, but after he checked with someone else, he agreed that it was and the price quoted was the final price we paid. We visited on a Saturday, their busiest day, but at no time did we feel neglected or ignored even after we agreed to buy. On the contrary, the staff kept checking with us offering food and drinks and apologizing for relatively short delays between steps involved in new car purchases. Also noteworthy, I have never dealt with a finance manager as helpful, friendly, or willing to work with you as Richie! When it comes to the money, they all turn nasty. Not true for Richie at Brad Benson. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes I would provided you are not an annoying consumer! Shop others first and go there when you are ready to buy (or shop there not on Saturday). Ask what is included in the price (especially the delivery charge). If you are like me and try to work by phone, don't expect anything in writing; it's not fair to them. I found them true to their word and the price I paid was the price they quoted. Nothing hidden - nothing sneaky. They are working to improve their image and hopefully future customers will be treated as well as I was. More
This is the worst dealer i ever had visited unfortunately i bought vehicle from this dealer. They said 30% off dealer posted price which is over priced already. When it is off it is. i never saw this kind of cheating in United States ever. Please never visit this dealer. When you contact them in written they will call you because they don't want to leave any footmarks for fraud. Never believe their advertisements or calls. Very fraud. They were saying i am not ex military or Hyundai customer in order to eligible for full 30% off.Do you think that this criteria is common. if it is not common why can't advertise this. Even when they called me they told choose the car we will give full 30% off though i asked about hidden conditions they said no hidden conditions.they pressurized me to walk in to the dealership. One thing if it is a fair dealer they never afraid to give you a quite over fax/email/phone. these guys never do that. if you want you can try this before you visit. More
I will never referr anyone else to this dealer. I purchased a new car and referred two friends and they advertised on their website you get $200.00 for each referral and both of my parties purchased purchased a new car and referred two friends and they advertised on their website you get $200.00 for each referral and both of my parties purchased vehicles and they never gave me the money. When you call they lie and say they dont do referrals and they just keep taking your message but no one calls you back. I was actually told by one sales guy that that money belongs to them and not me. WORST PLACE EVER!! And to think my family purchased 6 cars from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! More
Dealers website advertised a certain price point for a car, we called to inquire about the 30% sale off dealer advertised price. We wanted to confirm the advertised price over the phone before driving two car, we called to inquire about the 30% sale off dealer advertised price. We wanted to confirm the advertised price over the phone before driving two hours out of our way to look at the car. The internet sales manager stated that the price listed on their dealer website was the dealers advertised price point and the sale will be deducted from the internet price. After arriving we found out that the internet price was not the dealer advertised price and the price of the car increased $6,000.00. Despite this initial let down, we decided to still look at the cars because we drove all the way there. After deciding on the car we wanted, the sales person began to write the price down on paper and deduct discounts. We agreed upon a price and told them to draw he contract up. We ordered insurance over the phone and once they received the insurance confirmation, the sales people came back and said they did the math incorrectly and increased the price by $2,000.00. After arguing the dealership did not change their standpoint and insurance was already bought. We then made it to the finance table. Originally an interest rate of 2.99% was quoted and we ended up having to finance at 5%. This dealership deceived us on three levels: 1. False internet sales pricing; 2. Increasing the sales price after agreeing to one price and after insurance was purchased; 3. Not giving us the original % rate for the auto loan. We will never do business with this dealership again - and they should not be in business if they do not want to serve their customers well. More

bought 3 cars from this dealer with no problems.however this time was different.i went there to trade in 2 cars for 2 new ones and iwasnt overly thrilled with the deal so i looked elsewhere.while i was loo this time was different.i went there to trade in 2 cars for 2 new ones and iwasnt overly thrilled with the deal so i looked elsewhere.while i was looking elsewhere ali g the salesman called me everyday to try to get me to come back.in fact he told me that there was going a great one day sale on good friday and that the deal would be better.so i went .what a mistake.the first deal was for new car payments of 319 and 379 with 1500 cash back.on good friday the car payments went to 419 and 389 with no cash back.when i asked what happened to the first deal they played stupid and claimed they didnt know what i was talking about.i then walked out and will never go back.dont waste your time their nothing but a bunch of liars. Initially, I have to admit, I was suckered in. I drove away with a new car and a 20 day non-resident sticker on my rear windsheild instead of plates and reg. They said i would have 'any day'. Two days left on temporary pass, I called and was treated snydly and told "we will pay if you get a ticket!!" That was actually their answer! They told me to expect the plates "in a couple of days"! When I said I only had two left, their response was "Well, that's a couple of days. I failed to see the humor! I was also guaranteed my payoff check for my current vehical would arrive promptly. After two weeks, when I still hadn't received it and the payment was due, they told me it would take at least 30 days! I could own a Mercedes for what I had to pay in car payments that month. Buyer be-ware!! Stay away from this dealer! More
