Let me first say my salesman was the only one that helped me resolve my situation. He was great, although he schmoozed me into my deal. First issue - they made a mistake with my financial paperwork. Richi me resolve my situation. He was great, although he schmoozed me into my deal. First issue - they made a mistake with my financial paperwork. Richie V called and left me an urgent message. I called back and didn't hear from him for days, then received a return call that it was urgent I come in that day. I can only assume the urgency was because the dealership was out money, because they showed no sense of urgency to resolve my issue. I went in, an huge inconvenience to sign the paperwork and luckily didn't leave right away because he had mess it up again and had to come get me in the show room to sign a third time. At that point he assured me that my registration would be received in time (evidently the paperwork screw up delayed it). Flash forward to the day my registration expires - I haven't heard anything from the dealership so I call. Tom says he will look into it a call me right back. Two hours later he leaves me a message that it isn't in and I should call in the morning. I call in the morning and Tom is off. So I leave a message for Keith. Again no call back. I call a second time and am told to call in the morning again. Next morning I call and Keith is with a customer so I leave a message. I call back 5 hours later and he is still with a customer and I am told the dealership is very busy. I guess becaue they have my money now they don't need to be customer oriented. I call back again and am told by Tom to call in the morning. Morning 4, as I drive around with no registration I call again. Tom is busy, leave a message. I call back later and everyone is busy again. At this point I ask for someone in charge and suddenly Tom is not busy not but he "will see if he can do anything". Really, and if he can't I just don't get my registration. Miraculously the next morning it is in. And out of the goodness of their heart they have made my monthly payment so "my credit is damaged" even though their paperwork screw up caused the billing not to come through, so I will owe money. Thats fine. I get there and write a check and Mike comes back and says they can't take my check. Why? Something about motor vehicle needs cash, even though the money is not for registration but for my payment. So I offer to charge, but no he needs cash. So I leave, because it is highly suspicious that they only take cash and that no one mentioned that earlier (I would think most people don't walk around with a car payments worth of cash in their pocket). Luckily my salesman is there and straightens out the extortion issue so I can get my plates. As we are outside, that snotty Mike snidely says "oh they gave them to you". What a horrendous experience. Once they have your signature, they don't care anything about what you need, and evidently don't want a paper trail so they deal in cash. Do not go to this dealership unless you want to be ripped off and treated poorly. More
I purchased a new car a little over a month ago and let me tell you, I would NEVER, EVER purchase a vehicle from these people again. They are truly the most unorganized dealer I have ever dealt with. For s me tell you, I would NEVER, EVER purchase a vehicle from these people again. They are truly the most unorganized dealer I have ever dealt with. For starters, my temporary registration was expired for over a week. After calling them at least a dozen times, I finally got my plates. I bought a car that came without a radio and was given a "we owe" for that as well as for an air conditioner. Now they're giving me the run around about giving me a loaner car while the services are supposed to be done(after being promised by at least 4 different people that I've dealt with so far). Now nobody seems to remember telling me this at all. On top of all of this, a couple days after I bought the car, I washed and waxed it and noticed a ding on the side and scratches all over the front and rear bumpers. This was also something they promised to fixed. It's been over a month and a half at this point and I've yet to resolve any of these issues. Every person I have dealt with wants to play the "pass the the buck" game and they all seem to have an attitude over things that are entirely their fault. The only person I will give a little credit to is the salesman Ed Rubino. He was the only one who dealt with us in a courteous manner and he actually returned my phone calls. I'm currently in the process of speaking to Hyundai corporate. Worst experience ever!!! Update: After almost 2 months of aggravation they've finally managed to follow through on their "we owe" for the radio, they have fixed the scratches on the bumpers and provided me a loaner car while the services were performed. At least the service department has done a good job on their end so far. More

After buying a new 2011 Hyundai Elangra three months ago, I am not happy with brad benson service or sales department. About a month into having the car I started to hear a clicking noise when I pushed on th I am not happy with brad benson service or sales department. About a month into having the car I started to hear a clicking noise when I pushed on the break, if the car wasn't warmed up for 30 the breaks would would like grinding and the battery light kept coming on. I called the brad benson, after all they told me when I bought the $25000 car about their exspectional service department. They made an appointment for me which I took off the morning of work to drop it off, later on in the day the called and said I needed to replace the g~sensor. The part also needed to be ordered and would be in next w eek or and they would call me when it came in . later that night went the 25 miles and picked up my car. the next week came and went I no call was received from brad benson or the service department. the next week I made a phone call to the service departmen and asked if the part was in, o was told they would call me back, they never did. 3 weeks later with no call I called service department for the third time, and again was told they would call me back that after noon. I was called back 3 days later, service department the departed payments and I could schedule an appointment. I made appointment again took half day at work and droped the car off, at 200 pm the service department called and said they had the wrong part and that it would not be in till next week. In addition there was a bubble on my tire which they said sould have be taken to a tire place because they could not honor manufactuer warranty on tires. Sol again I must drive the 25 miles to and from to pick up my car. Because I was very upsett about my service and went into speak with my salesman who sold me the car. He directed me to another man who listened to half my story, stopped me and said that he can do a trade to a new car because there has been so problems and that the car had some defects. He told me that I would have to take a color in the lot though, iagreed and he left to do some paperwork. After an hour of waiting and talking he story changed and started talking about a trade in. He then gave me back to my sales man who was vey confused and was under the impression I wanted to do a trade in, this meaning I would have to paythe gap between the new car and my car. I told him that's not what was presented to me. He said let me see what I can do , e came back and said I'm sorry to hear about your bad service make sure you double check before coming down to pick up your car. I am not happy with their sevikce nor thei sales people who tried to take advantage of me. My suggestion, go to another dealership who cares about the customer, instead of begging them to put 10 on their evaluation and then doing the exact opposite of what they sold me on. More

Steve Landesman was very helpful in giving us the guidance we needed in making our test drive with the Hyundai Elantra a very informative one, he pointed out all the safety features, etc. The financi guidance we needed in making our test drive with the Hyundai Elantra a very informative one, he pointed out all the safety features, etc. The financing department was very pleasant to deal with and made the transaction very easy to understand. We are a quickly becoming a Hyundai family, with our 2011 Sonata, 2011 Elantra and 2010 Elantra now parked on our driveway it is clear that we are fans of Hyundai and the great sales team Brad Benson has on his side. Our salesman Johnny Van-Huy was the most accommodating salesman I have ever dealt with. There was not a lot of high pressure sales talk. He made the sale that lasted almost 6 hours actually pleasant. We e salesman I have ever dealt with. There was not a lot of high pressure sales talk. He made the sale that lasted almost 6 hours actually pleasant. We ended up with a better car than what we walked in looking for and for less money. In a very large dealership when I walked in I expected to be met with the typical confrontational buyer seller back and forth but this was not the case. When it came to the final offer and we explained that it was still a bit higher than what we intended to pay they went in and searched banks to find us a better rate and they took some money off to meet our request. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. On the weekend we were there they had free hamburgers and hotdogs and our salesman Johnny used more pressure for us to eat then he did to sell us a car. Thank you More
