Rip off. For a slight complaint of oil leak- dont know for what charged 5000, problem dint solve. Went there for 7-8 times and still the same. I spoke to multiple dealers before finalizing my purchase with Route 1 Hyundai. It isnt alwasy easy, and in fact buying a car for most ia the opposite if fun. But, I can't say enough good things about Rashee with Route 1 Hyundai. It isnt alwasy easy, and in fact buying a car for most ia the opposite if fun. But, I can't say enough good things about Rasheed Jackson and Richard (Ricco) Badillo. They stuck with me, helped with a great deal. It was these two that made me feel comfortable. And they saw me through the whole purchase. I'd recommend both Ricco and Rasheed at Route 1 Hyundai. I want to say that Klint in finance is awful, he is a liar. He changed and fudged with all the numbers agreed to prior. Made me feel like an idiot. He really got me ao confused, and convinced me he was right. And, unfortunately, I'm sure that it was mostly because he saw a woman alone and figured he'd get away with it. Thankfully Rasheed and Ricco had my back, they're honest and true to their word. They got things back on track, with other finance supervisors. And it ia this reason I'd go back to route 1 Hyundai, back to Rasheed and Ricco, so Five starts for them. More
