I visited Brad Benson Hyundau and Felix. This was the second Hyundai that I was purchasing in one year, with him as my sales person. He is a great human being and "HEARS" what isn't even said. Went to Brad Benson to look at the Sonata 2.0 Limited with my wife.We met Felix,who came across as friendly and genuine.He knew everything about the car from soup to nuts,and honestly seemed to love the with my wife.We met Felix,who came across as friendly and genuine.He knew everything about the car from soup to nuts,and honestly seemed to love the vehicle (he winded up owning the same car I purchased}.Never did he come across as pushy or over anxious to sell.The car pretty much sold it's self once you climbed in it,all Felix had to do was inform me of all numerous features,and I knew I was getting a load of quality for a low price.When all was said and done my wife and I felt we were treated fairly and got even more then we expected. By the way I took that Sonata out for a midnight drive,opened up the panoramic sunroof on a clear moonlit night and tested out the turbo on the N.J turnpike and knew I made the right choice!!!!. I was looking for a Hyuandi Elantra 2012 and went to several different dealers before going to Brad Benson. As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and was greeted by Felix Nieves. I made an appointment with him over the phone before I arrived. He was quick and effective with getting me the car I was looking for, and very reasonable with the pricing. There was no run around and it was right to the point. Having a prior bad experience at the Brad Benson dealership I was cautious about going back so I tried the internet approach. I was contacted by Steve Landesman and made an appointment to come to the dealership. When I got there I was introduced to Damien Anderson and we went to the main showroom. To make a long story short...Damien and Mike DeLise took care of me. They proposed a deal so good that when I came in as ONLY a shopper, I left purchasing my daughter's 2012 Sonata. I cannot say enough about the above mentioned 2 salesmen and their efforts to bend over backwards to offer a deal that was acceptable to me on my visit to Brad Benson Hyundai. The selection at Brad Benson is truly without equal, as I was able to find the exact car I had built on Hyundai's website sitting on the lot. I wanted a very specific car: Black '12 Hyundai Accent GLS, tan interior, manual transmission, comfort package, carpeted floor mats, and trunk liner. I had visited over ten other dealerships and was routinely told that manual transmission Accents was "impossible" to find. They would then point me towards an automatic, and I'm so glad I didn't settle. Don't settle for less, call Steve! More
