The sales rep was very nice, but I felt rushed and blinded when purchasing my first car. I don't even remember his name. However, this time was much different. Even during a snowy day, Mr. Sammy Chow made sure I got the perfect experience. He understood perfectly what I wanted and did not try to pressure me to buy anything less or more. He even stayed after close of business to answer my questions. The following business day, he called to follow up and helped me with my insurance paperwork.
