The dealership advertised 35 percent off on all of their cars. When we got there they didn't have any colors we were looking for in stock even though they told us over the phone that they did. The 35 perc cars. When we got there they didn't have any colors we were looking for in stock even though they told us over the phone that they did. The 35 percent was supposedly off of their dealer posted price which is $4,200 over the MSRP. They try to charge $4,200 for pin striping, which is a stick on, and wheel well and door moldings. All these things can be bought at auto zone for about $20, but Brad Benson wants to charge $4,200. So even if you agree to the BS add on off the $4,200 and try to get the 35 percent off advertised by them, they again screw you over by adding on such BS fees like delivery which is already included by Hyundai in the MSRP as well as various other fees they can't justify. At the end they basically admitted to making up fees just to cover their advertised discount. If you ask me you are not getting a deal at all at this dealership. You are better off going somewhere else where they will not try to feed you a ton of BS while making it sound like you are getting a great deal. In addition to all this, getting a sales guy took forever, he was really slow and the sales manager was very arrogant. WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER SET FOOT IN. DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL GET SCREWED. I will recommend this dealership to others. Friendly salespeople and Garrett the finance manager was not intimidating or very pushy to make aftersales. He just gave his own opinion. And I like that as I salespeople and Garrett the finance manager was not intimidating or very pushy to make aftersales. He just gave his own opinion. And I like that as I don't like pushy finance managers. Bill, the salesman was friendly without being pushy. He showed the features of the car. It was obvious that Bill is very dedicated to your dealership. He did not leave till it was all complete. More
Clearly, there is a reason why car dealerships have the stereotype they do. The salesman I dealt with was, as expected, eager, knowlegable, and a little pushy. All in all - OK though. Sadly, he was wowking stereotype they do. The salesman I dealt with was, as expected, eager, knowlegable, and a little pushy. All in all - OK though. Sadly, he was wowking at Brad Benson Hyundai. I had very high hopes, and thats why I traveled a long distance, bypassing 4 other Hyundai dealers along the way to get here.Im sorry I did this, because the price was not worth the time it took to get here and back, and the terrible experience I had here. Most of my poor rating of this dealership, however comes from one individual - the "Finance Guy" who's name I still dont know - because he never once introduced himself. When I was taken over from the showroom to the finance office to sign the paperwork and make it official - I was greeted by a clearly dis-interested and unfriendly person. I think his last name was "Vento" or something like that - but thats based on what I can decipher from the scribbles on the papers he also signed. I should have known right away what was to come - as I entered his inner sanctum of financial wizardry he never even looked up from his computer screen, (while he was very busy paying bills online), to push the pile of papers in front of me. His first and only interaction and conversation with me was "sign where the orange "X" is on every page". That was it. No Hello, thanks for spending $25,000 here, no My name is....NOTHING. As I actually started to READ these papers I was to sign, I started to ask questions - like "What is this I'm signing?" and asking for explanations. Mr. BigBucks was obviously annoyed at actually having to interact, and explain to me what he was asking me to sign. How rude of me!!! He had bills to pay, right? Anyway - I continued on signing and asking. By this time I asked questions just for the pure enjoyment of annoying the crap out of him. So were done signing papers, and Mr. BigBucks brings me back to the showroom, and back to the cashier. He hands the nice woman behind the glass my "file" and tells her how much to collect from me. He turns around, and lumbers back out. No Thank you, no good luck, no go-to-hell - NOTHING. He and his cheap suit disappeared into the night. Everything else that happened could have been understood, and accepted as part of the crappy car buying experience. Car salesmen are slaves to the "manager" with the big red sharpie markers who write all over the "buyer data sheet" and then come out, smarmy smiles all over the place, and try to separate you from more money than you had intended. Fine - its part of the deal, and we know this going in. But to be ignored other than to shove a pen in my hand, is pathetic and just plain rude. But - I have the last laugh - because I will do everyting in my power, and tell veryone I know - about this experience. Hopefully the $300K Brad spends on advertising every month (the sales manager made SURE to tell me this fact, to impress me I suppose...)will be wasted on my circle of aquaintances. Facebook, Twitter, etc. etc. The word spreads quickly when you have a good expereicne, and even quicker for a bad one!! I guess Brad never learned that old marketing adage it takes 10 times the time and money to attract new customers as it does to keep current ones. Well, Brad you lost this one, and a lot of other potential cusomers if I have anything to say about it, and I certainly do!!! Too bad - because in my world - there are several people who are actively looking for new Hyundai's. I will encourage them to go anywhere else, and be treated like a person, with respect and with dignity. As for Mr Big Bucks, the finance jerk - hopefully he is miserable every day working in that pathetic little office. More

Bill Terrell was waiting outside, in a falling snow and greeted us in a very friendly and professional manner! We felt welcomed and not at all pressured to explore the possible purchase of a New Veracruz. greeted us in a very friendly and professional manner!
