I went to Brad Benson after finding it impossible to buy a 2012 Veloster on Staten Island .My husband looked online and Brad Benson had several available ,so he called and spoke to Felix .My husband explain a 2012 Veloster on Staten Island .My husband looked online and Brad Benson had several available ,so he called and spoke to Felix .My husband explained to him we could nt find one with the Style and Tech package and Felix told him to come down so I could test drive one.We arrived after work and were warmly greeted and given a cup of coffee and bottled water.After a short wait we were told Felix was tied up with another customer,and Clem Mapp would be helping us.I can t say enough about how wonderful Clem treated us.He explain everything about the Veloster,let me have a nice long test drive and did nt do the hard sell.when we decided we wanted the car the bargaining began.Now we had done our homework and we knew where we wanted to be price wise and after some back and forth the deal was done.It was getting late and Clem wanted us to have a full tank of gas,so while we finished up the paperwork he drove my car to the station they use before they closed. All in all my experience so far has been excellent. Clem even called us the following day to make sure everything was good.I would like to think any future contact I have with Brad Benson Hyundai will continue to be so positive. I will let you know.
