Be careful/attentive of this dealership's scam tactics. Their advertised prices are deceiving. After the test drive, I agreed to purchase the car for the based on sales representative quote and persuasion. Their advertised prices are deceiving. After the test drive, I agreed to purchase the car for the based on sales representative quote and persuasion. Also they didn’t mention about the dealer discount which they mentioned on the website. When I pointed out that, they showed the fine disclaimer mentioned on site and high car price is due to market adjustment. Also they mentioned i didnt qualify for any discount and insisted that every dealer does this. This is utter nonsense and not something ethical dealerships engage in. After this, their Finance manager asked to sign the lease contract without explaining all lease terms and conditions. And when i asked him to deduct only a part of downpayment ,he deducted whole amount mentioning he did it by mistake. I did sign the lease and downpayment on good faith. Later when I went through the lease agreement, no where i see the my agreed price and also it was higher than my agreed price. I called the finance manager immediately to hold on transaction, but he said that everything is good as I am not charged anything extra. Finance Manager at this dealership doesnt have knowledge about money factor and lease/renting. When confronted, he just throw the jargons/finance terms to hide his incapability of explaining lease numbers on contract. I also talked to General Manager about my experience who was a nice guy and listened to my concerns patiently and I requested him to atleast update leased car to better one as car wasnt moved from the dealership from day of purchase. But he also held us for 3 days and after follow-ups, he denied my request by giving reason that contract was signed already. I had to wait more than 2 hour to get the car out from dealership on agreed day as no body is paying attention. I believe this is the end of my relationship with this dealership and may be Hyundai after such pathetic experience. More
