I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW HYUNDAI SONATA IN 2008 AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. IN 2013, WHILE HAVING MY CAR SERVICED AT FRED BEANS HYUNDAI, I RECEIVED A QUOTE FOR A NEW SONATA. BECAUSE OF MY PREVIOUS POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH BRAD BENSON, I CALLED THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT WITH THIS INFORMATION. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BEAT ANY PRICE BY $1,000.00. I WAS ASKED TO COME IN ON SATURDAY. EVEN THOUGH IT IS LONG RIDE FROM MY HOME IN PENNSYLVANIA TO NEW JERSEY, I EXPECTED THE SAME EXPERIENCE THAT I RECEIVED IN 2008. IT WAS IN FACT, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 40 YEARS OF BUYING CARS. BRAD BENSON ACTUALLY WANTED MORE THAN FRED BEANS AND BECAME UPSET WITH ME WHEN I WANTED TO NEGOCIATE BASED ON THE OFFER I HAD ALREADY RECEIVED FROM FRED BEANS. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE $1,000.00 FINANCE INCENTIVE OR THE $500.00 OWNER LOYALTY INCENTIVE. BOTH OFFERED BY HUYNDAI. Carol was an excellent sales person. She helped us on Thursday and we leased a Sonata and came back on Saturday and leased another Sonata. The finance person was great efficient and very quick. It then became my turn to purchase a car.... and guess who I contacted? yup...Manny!!! HE WAS WAITING WITH ARMS WIDE OPEN, CRUNCHED NUMBERS WITH US, AND TOOK US TO THE 'CAR LOT' WHERE i THOUGHT i WAS GOING TO purchase an Elantra GT. But then suddenly, I saw the Mitsubishi Outlander Sports, and it was love at first sight!!! I knew immediately that this was the car I wanted and Manny obliged; went and got the key showed us the vehicle, took us for a ride in it, and aas the saying goes, the rest is history. We were very comfortable with the conversation and the way that things turned out. It was a very long day, and with my dietary issues, Manny worked fevereshly to see to it that we were cared for in a speedy and efficient manner. We knew he had had no lunch, an dyet when we said he should eat, he said "No, that the customer is always first". Upon sitting int he show room, many salesman came and said hello and shared thier own experiences. We really feel like we have an extended family at Hyundai and we are very happy with the service. We will definitely continue to refer to you as many people as inquire as to our experience. Hey? Who knows... I might get 'frequent flier' points and purchase another vehicle again some day w/ you... Last week I went to Brad Benson to purcase my daughter a car for her 17th birthday. My daughter only wanted a black car, Mike Tiedemann was the salesman he showed my daughter so many cars and options that I car for her 17th birthday. My daughter only wanted a black car, Mike Tiedemann was the salesman he showed my daughter so many cars and options that I lost count, until my daughter was completely satisfied. In my opinion Mike went above and beyond his call of duty as a car salesman. I would definately return to Brad Benson for my next vehicle Mike and the Brad Benson staff exceeded my expectations for that day, they were very helpful, concerned, and most important made me feel very comfortable purchasing a car for my daughter there.
