I went into the dealership based on advertising I had heard on the radio, that indicated they would help people with credit issues finance a new vehicle. Since I had declared bankruptcy in 2010, and was heard on the radio, that indicated they would help people with credit issues finance a new vehicle. Since I had declared bankruptcy in 2010, and was in need of a reliable vehicle for my long daily commute to work, I decided to stop in after checking them out online the night before. Jaren Pollard was my assigned sales consultant and made the entire process comfortable, informative and friendly. Considering my credit history, he had to work with his colleagues to jump through many hoops to provide me with an affordable option. I drove home that day with a beautiful Hyundai Elantra, stocked with all the conveniences I could have hoped for. Although it was a long day, Jaren made the whole experience bearable and fun. He is a great unique guy, who gives the auto sales profession integrity by virtue of his kind and caring attitude. Our Sales Rep Bill Terrell was great right from the moment we got out of our car in the lot. He was very helpful and knowledgable...not pushy. Contacted Ed Flanagan regarding an internet price...made it clear we were not Hyundai owners and were considering joining the Hyundai family. Of course when we got there the price was no where near the previously quoted price because we "didn't qualify for all the rebates". What was especially annoying is that one of the rebates he threw into the calculation was the Hyundai Loyalty rebate for Hyundai owners after I had been perfectly clear we did not own a Hyundai. I have heard from others that they had a similar experience at this dealership so as a result I would not recommend this dealership. More

Manning was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. He made me feel like family and didn't try to pressure me at all.
