Went to this dealership for a Mitsubishi Evo 2012 new. Web site showed 2 of them. 1 basic and 1 fully loaded. After searching for the cars 2 hours which we could not locate, the manager told us that the o Web site showed 2 of them. 1 basic and 1 fully loaded. After searching for the cars 2 hours which we could not locate, the manager told us that the owners son was driving the fully loaded vehicle and was not available. Found out the owner does not have a son. They then proceeded to try and sell us a 2013. This is what you call bait and switch. The bottom line on the vehicle with trade in was so high because they gave us such a low price on trade in. Insult and waste of time. Also, we were taken to a lot a mile down the road where they store vehicles outside. They are sitting in the mud, weeds and woods with weeds growing everywhere and mud puddles. All kinds of animals could get into the cars and damage them. After seeing all those cars I would never buy from this dealership. More

Although I walked into the dealership not knowing precisely what color car I wanted, I did however know the specific functions of the car I wanted to take home with me. Mr. Horton (Keith) came up to precisely what color car I wanted, I did however know the specific functions of the car I wanted to take home with me. Mr. Horton (Keith) came up to me, introduced himself and offered his assistance. He asked me whether or not I was there to see a specific sales person. This is important to me because it shows a level of respect for his coworkers and most of all shows integrity in the dealership. He escorted me his work area and when he offered me something to drink, I immediately felt relaxed and comforted...he attended to my basic needs as a human being FIRST! In addition, I liked the way Keith explained everything to me in detail. He was mild mannered and did not get frustrated with my repeated questions. He generously outlined the sales process, he recited over and over again until I fully understood the details of purchasing my new car. He fully engaged with me, he helped me to clear my thoughts and was able to choose the perfect color. At the end I asked him "so Keith, at which point during the process did you want to strangle me?" He said, "at no point" He went on to say "I know this is a difficult time for you and many people". He said let's face it "It's a lifetime purchase and a big decision in your life". Then he spent time in the car trying to teach me how to use things, great touch!!! He didn't just put me in there and said "goodbye" because the deal was over. That young man gave me GREAT customer service. I've NEVER gone to a car dealership that kept their promises when advertising. It was true what was said in the commercials.
