Steve and the entire place should be ashamed of themselves. They are a bunch of thieves. After we agreed on the price of my car, Steve wanted to charge me $2440.00 in fees. And forget about the $6000.00 off it’s a scam. Read the fine print. If you can meet the entire requirement then you will get the discount. But here is the best part. Steve said” because of the discount I must pay higher fees”. How in Gods good name can he and his boss can sleep at night is beyond me. Good people of New Jersey here is the math. The car price is 21,500 Brads price on the same window decal 23,800.So they openly add 2K. Ok Minus 6000 equals 17,800 plus 2440 equals 20,240 now add 7% tax equals , my I have a drum roll please “$21,656.80 I ask you were is the saving? Then Steve wanted to tax me before the discounts. I went outside for a breath of air, when I called Circle Hyundai of Shrewsbury. I spoke to the Manager Eddie and told him what was happing. He said come over we will match or beat Steve’s price. I paid with tax and fees $20,040 More

Nick at Brad Benson promised he "had the car for me!" and though skeptical, when I sat in it, I knew he was right on the money. Nick was professional and efficient to this older, female purchaser, never condescending or pushy, as some other dealerships I had visited. Any purchaser should feel as good as I do in my new car and with the great friendly and knowledgeable sales force. I took two test drives, one with Nelson, very knowledgeable, and one with Nick to try out the ECO drive feature. Another Brad Benson staff, Ed, also showed me all the tech features of my 2012 Elantra and he made the features very clear and easy to use. The usually dreaded finance staff, Danny, was also efficient, friendly and extremely helpful in sorting through the financing and protection options available. Dread no more, you will be at ease with these friendly and helpful professionals at Brad Benson, Monmouth Junction! I must say kudos to all the staff for providing a waiting atmosphere that gave off a happy vibe; certainly making customers feel relaxed and open instead of oppositional. I cannot praise this place enough they are certainly doing something or many things right. This place has it all together and believe me you can't say that about most car dealers. I was very nervous at first because I didn't have any real money to buy a car but I had faith and I was hopeful. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and they worked so hard to help me drive off the lot with something new and I'm glad I came.Mr Bill Terrell did everything and more to make me feel like I was worth the sale and he made me feel good about my self. I was in the market for a car, Narrowing it down to the Elantra, the Corolla and Ford Focus. I chose the Ellantra because it was well rated and it offerred more bang for the buck. It was just a matter of me choosing which dealer offered me the best deal. Sometimes dealers and salesman can be annoying. They say one thing in advertisements and on the phone But then they change in midstream when you're about to purchase an auto. But I must say going to Brad Benson was a pleasant surprise. Payman was my sales person. We discussed the difference between new and used autos first But with all the rebates it was wiser to buy new. I told Peyman my cost limits. At other dealers I was confined to just one color. Paymen told me I had colors to choose from And I selected blue. Being A 2002 Elantra owner I knew how the car drove but I must say the 2013 model drives so much better. When we went back inside to start negotiating, I told Paymen that I wanted to see the other colors just to be sure. Without hesitation, he took me outside to see them and of course I stuck with the blue. When we started negotiating it was not like pulling teeth. He was very attentive and understanding. He presented my offer And worked very closely with me. I must say I was very pleased with the price and purchased the auto. I next saw James the finance manager. I always read horror stories about these particular managers. But James made it very easy. In fact I called him the next day because I questioned some figures. Instead of giving me the runaround he worked very closely with me and I must say I was very satisfied with the end results. I know the Hyundai Elantra is a good car and will last me as long as I take care of it. But it was a welcome surprise that Brad Benson Had employees such as Peyman and James who were very helpful. I would like to thank the both of them for making my buying experience a pleasant one. I recommend them both as well as this dealer. More
