Had a terrible service experience at this dealership and from my conversations with other customers it seems par for the course. I intended to drop the car off on Thursday and it took nearly an hour for and from my conversations with other customers it seems par for the course. I intended to drop the car off on Thursday and it took nearly an hour for someone just to take my keys and intake the vehicle. I was promised that the car would be ready by Friday evening but received no communication to that effect. The manager, John, that was supposed to be handling my vehicle was unresponsive through Friday, Saturday and Monday ignoring both texts and voice calls. It wasn't until after multiple calls to the dealership that I was told that the car was finished by a different team member. If you have any service needed for your Hyundai or Genesis I would highly recommend going elsewhere where the staff is better trained, more communicative, or ideally both More
The sale man Michael Patrick was very helpful and supportive throughout the purchasing process, however the finance personnel (Guarav Chauhan) was very rude, unprofessional, not honest & forthright t supportive throughout the purchasing process, however the finance personnel (Guarav Chauhan) was very rude, unprofessional, not honest & forthright throughout the financial and finalizing process. We have repeatedly declined all optional insurance but he still added these optional and unnecessary items without disclosing that they were optional. When we reviewed the contract at home & spent time to read it carefully that's we found out that he has added them anyway. He also did not print out the purchase agreement while we were in his office and stating that there were problems with the printer which provides all details and disclosures. He was able to print other papers but not the purchase agreement showed that Gaurav was intentionally deceive us. My husband was able to obtain the purchase agreement paperwork's when he came back to the dealership and confronted Gaurav 2 days later on the optional value shied and gap insurance. Overall, we like the experience with Michael Patrick and the dealership as a whole but Gaurav's style of unprofessional and unethical personalities will not provide your dealership with many future sales or recommendations. He stated that he just started working there so I believe he should get better training in order to provide the best customers service and satisfaction to your dealership.
