First time I bought a car in almost 15 years and the process went pretty smoothly. I was referred to Rt 1 Hyundai by the Costco car purchasing service and I came down to test drive an Ioniq6. Richard (R process went pretty smoothly. I was referred to Rt 1 Hyundai by the Costco car purchasing service and I came down to test drive an Ioniq6. Richard (Rico) Badillo to me out in the model I was interested in and the car was so fun to drive that I decided to see if we could come together on a price for the car I actually wanted—an SE model in serenity white, which they did not have in stock. Rico and Pete Herbs managed to locate the car I wanted and have it delivered to the dealership. When my wife and I came back to complete the purchase it was very busy but Rico expedited the trade-in and he and Kay (in Finance) completed the deal and we drove home with the car we wanted. The people we dealt with were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. Rico (and also Pete) were actually fun to talk to. More
