Richard (Rico) Badillo to me out in the model I was interested in and the car was so fun to drive that I decided to see if we could come together on a price for the car I actually wanted—an SE model in serenity white, which they did not have in stock. Rico and Pete Herbs managed to locate the car I wanted and have it delivered to the dealership. When my wife and I came back to complete the purchase it was very busy but Rico expedited the trade-in and he and Kay (in Finance) completed the deal and we drove home with the car we wanted.
