He almost called me out my name but caught himself and called me a disgusting person. Everyone there needs customer service training. We had to come back several times in the same week we purchased the vehicle . They put the wrong vin number on the paper work, we had to ask for new temporary plates and registration, You would think this was common sense ...they do this for a living. We had to come back to get the sd card installed for the gps to work. We also had to come back about the blue link to be reset because of the wrong vin number on the account. They tried to hold our new plates because they lost their copy of our old registration for the other car. Our original paper work said we did not owe them anything... they couldn't admit they missed placed it or threw it out in the first paper work. So Tony Rodriguez threaten us saying we had to pay him 500 if we didn't get it to him asap and we weren't going to get our plates...so long story short they called the cops on us. We have purchased several cars from this dealership, 2 when it was brad benson and our current car under their new name dcn Hyundai. This is not a business place. It's a playground being operated by children! We asked to speak to the head manager... oh he's in a meeting. I guess a month and a half later he's still in a meeting. As a manager or owner how is it, that you don't have concerns about situations like this going on in your place of business? We were contacted by upper management for any of our unpleasant situations. Colleen tried to offer a free oil changes but that was given to us at the time of purchase. It seems like they just want your money and could careless about you or the service they provide!!! We will never recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More

Joe was quick to contact me back and set up an app I had a friend who was looking for a new car and I came across a posting that Joe had on facebook. I brought my friend in who needed a car and she enjoyed the experience with no hassle. She left with a new vehicle and was happy with the deal and service she received. The management staff in particular Craig Glover was very helpful in helping put the deal together. No Hassle, No Gimmicks - stuck to their word.
