Outstanding client retention department! I have leased two previous cars from this dealership, but while I'd always had great experiences before, this was different. I was contacted by the c I have leased two previous cars from this dealership, but while I'd always had great experiences before, this was different. I was contacted by the client retention department (new since DCN took over last year) two years into my three year lease to see if I wanted to trade up to a newer model. In fact, I was concerned because I started a new job many miles from home last June and would definitely be WAY over my miles at the end of this lease in February 2018 so I was interested to see what they could do. Not only did they let me out of the lease without pro-rating the mileage and thereby charging me, they heard my concerns and got me into exactly the car I wanted at terms that gave me MORE miles per year at only $14 a month more than I was paying, and for an upgraded brand new model with more features than my prior model. In the past, I never heard from Hyundai as my lease end was approaching, I just went in on the last day of the lease and made a deal -- or not -- right then. This was so much more pleasant, eased my worries about how many thousands of dollar I would owe when this lease was up, and enabled me to drive off in a new car. The entire team, led by Joy Himaia (Lease Manager),and Deshone Drummond (Client Retention Manager) and staffed by Paula Branco-Martins (Client Retention Advisor), could not have been more attentive to my actual concerns or more enjoyable to work with. I recommend them highly!! More

In fact, Gaurav even personally had the car delivered directly to our home, approximately 50 miles away, since my wife and I are extremely busy during the week.
