Great sales experience. Customer service not so much. Bought a car here on June 10. Dave Nick was great. Called and got transferred several times, finally ending up in someone's voice mail.I ended up taking time from my workday to get the situation settled. next day I get a statement from my previous car loan telling me that the payoff wasn't made. Again I called and never got a call back. Showed up at the dealership but couldn't get an answer until today. We will see how the test of this plays ought.p More
