Failed to pay-off my traded in Vehicle The customer service I received when trading in my vehicle was great. After I received the new vehicle, this has been a horrific ordeal. After 50 days my traded in vehicle has not been paid off, as DCN HYUNDIA promised/contracted to do. I am receiving daily calls from the bank of the previously owed vehicle threatening me for non payment on a car that I traded in. DCN has not paid off the trade in as promised. I have been harassed at home, at work, and lost time at work, due to DCN's negligence. All, I am being told, is they are sorry... That's not enough for all the stress this has caused. I will never ever utilize this dealership again. More
