If you are a "snowflake" and can't deal with an aggressive salesperson, then you may want to avoid this dealership. But if you do your homework and come prepared to make a deal, you can negotiate a great price with minimum hassle. I negotiated a very good price for a 2017 Santa Fe Sport and then found an even better offer online through Consumer Reports. DCN honored the new offer without hesitation which saved an extra $600. More

Perfect Bait and Switch Please Share.... I typically don't post a post like this, but I'd like to share my experience with DCN Hyundai...in the hope that I may be able to Please Share.... I typically don't post a post like this, but I'd like to share my experience with DCN Hyundai...in the hope that I may be able to save some one from a perfect #baitandswitch...the process started with me getting numerous phone calls to come to the dealership and experience how customer oriented they are...so I decided to go there and meet with the sales consultant...the car that I selected wasn't in with the dealership and they had to go get it from some other dealership...so they called me at 6 PM to come get the car...and return my lease...they agreed to pay for the balance payments left on the car...however paperwork wasn't completed that night as finance wasn't able to get the paperwork to the bank in time...so next day when I returned to get the paperwork done they offered me 7% interest, despite of tier 1 credit...they Hyundai motor finance...I refused to pay the high interest rate...so they asked me to give up $750 in discount and go to Wells Fargo for 5% interest rate...so that's what I did...they had also agreed to pay for balance of payments for lease...which hasn't happened in last 3 months...despite of numerous visits...phone calls...their staff Joel and Coleen...hadn't helped...they initially claimed they lost my paperwork...then when I gave them the paper stating our agreement...they told me that I'll get my payment in 2 weeks...and now they are missing the paperwork again...Hyundai now billed me lease disposition fee, the fee which was waived off...as I didn't finance the car thru Hyundai Finance...I don't understand that is this is a normal practice...has News 12 New Jersey noticed it? What can a customer in such situation do?... Please share the experience folks...may be I'll be able to help someone from getting ripped off at DCN Automotive... More
