As customer I was only valued up until the sale; afterward I just became a burden. No returned phone calls from sales, customer relations, or sales manager. The culture at DCN is not about you; it is toxic. Such a shame the poor service given representing this brand. More

Ali G accepts post dated checks. He was so cool to work with. He worked with the sales manager ( who was not nice by the way) to get me down from 27.9% to 21% with only a $500 down pa He was so cool to work with. I didn't have the $500 dollars down and Ali said he would loan me the money and all I had to do was post date a check in his name for 9/10/17 when i get paid again. He is a special person. My sister told me that he told her that he was a priest and he helps poor people with bad credit scores to get them into the car of their dreams! ( he asked her to please mention that to me on my way home) My dream purchase was a 2013 base Sonata with 102k. and no body damage just a brake line issue. I asked him 3 times to fill the car tank up because I had such a long commute home. He finally agreed and had the service man take the car to the gasoline station after I promised to sign the note. Ali G even used his own credit card. How neat is that ? Where it got really weird though is when I talked to the finance manager. He tried to get me to sign the note at 27% with no money down. I said geez, that interest rate is a little high. He told me that is the price of car ownership and asked if i really wanted to drive back home with my sister in her car and not in my brand new used 2013 carriage. So sure enough Ali had some words for him. The finance manager said he could get me down to 21% but since the dealership will not get the additional 6% in commission i would have to pay $500 down. I said all I had was $300.. thats where the Reverend Ali G said he could help me out. I was still unsure about this if it was legal , but the finance manager set the keys down on the table right beside the pen and promissory note and meanly said sign and you go home with a car. I was confused. He said listen you look upset why don't I give you the keys to the car just sign this little paper that says you will return car in 3 days if you don't like it. Heck you could bring back the check at that time but that's' up to you and Ali. How awesome is it that i was able to drive the car 100 miles home on a handshake. It's good to know that honest men like Ali g. and their employers ( DCN) are around looking after us. More
