Duped Customer Been shopping for a new car for weeks. A lady named Tracey answered the phone and listened while I quoted her other dealerships offers. She said they'd beat the FINANCE price other dealerships were offering. I'm aware it's all a game to get you in the building but she seemed genuinely and confident in her quote. I drive down an hour plus on a workday from the NYC area and dealt with an in house sales rep whose name I've forgotten. We test drive the vechicle, I told him give me a price to FINANCE over 72 months. He came back with an offer I liked. We shake hands and I accepted then began to fill out papers in order to begin FINANCING this vehicle. 3 hours later and after they clean the car, run my credit and hand me the keys they claim there's been a mistake. They "accidentally" quoted me a lease deal. After 3 hours of financing paperwork and dealing with multiple employees who were aware I was financing. I also changed my car insurance to the new vehicle in which the dealership was aware of since Allstate faxed it to them. Proof they knew what they were doing. This has to either be the most incompetent car dealership or the shadiest. Most likely the latter. I mean I literally had the keys, filled out the paper work, took a picture with the car and sales rep. Best part- no sincere apology just attitude from the unprofessional manager. There are no other words to describe how awful of an experience this was. More

Horrible On July10, 2017 I leased a new Hyundai as a return customer through DCN Hyundai. The deal was for them to pay for the over mileage charge on the old H On July10, 2017 I leased a new Hyundai as a return customer through DCN Hyundai. The deal was for them to pay for the over mileage charge on the old Hyundai that I had turned in that day and I would pay any other charges. This was being done because I gave them a check for the over mileage charge at the time of the new lease’s signing. And they would send their check to Corporate Hyundai to pay it off for me. After I left the dealership that day, I left numerous messages for the salesman, David Nock, to confirm that the payoff was sent to Corporate over the next week with no return phone calls. A few weeks later I then received a bill form Corporate for this charge plus the others that I knew I was supposed to pay off. So on August 3rd I went back to the dealership to see a manager for help. The manager of the Sales Dept. was off that day so I spoke to Colleen. She told me that she would look into the deal & get back to me within 48 hours. She never did. I then emailed her a few times because she said that was the best way to get in touch with her and she never responded to them, too. Then again on August 21st I took another ride to see Colleen. She had to go upstairs to Accounting to see what was happening. She brought me down a copy of the check for Corporate Hyundai that was supposed to go out that day. She said the check was sitting on someone’s desk waiting to be signed. Really? Mind you, I do not live close to this dealership and I do not get paid when I take the day off from work. Its now almost another week & 1/2 since this last visit & the check still has not gotten to Corporate Hyundai to pay off this old lease. And in the day of Online Banking, why are they sending a check instead of paying electronically? I’m going to be making my 2nd lease payment since this whole fiasco began & DCN Hyundai has not paid anything off. They have no problem taking my money and then trying to ruin my credit and this makes me mad. How can they get away with this? We left Colleen another voice message yesterday, 8/28, as to what’s going on & she still has not returned the call or done anything. How do you stay in business with these kinds of practices? I have a copy of DCN’s check and it was dated July 10th, the day I originally leased the car. I’m so sorry that I ever went there. I would never deal with them again & I would not recommend anyone else doing so, too. I’m filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Corporate Hyundai, Yelp & every other website that I can find so buyers are aware of DCN’s bad business practices. I need help with this immediately! More
