Refreshing good news I came in after hitting a raised bridge surface, coming off a milled roadway that was due to be repaved. And then my low tire pressure light came on. I came in after hitting a raised bridge surface, coming off a milled roadway that was due to be repaved. And then my low tire pressure light came on. I thought for sure that I damaged my front tires and they might need replacing. The last thing I need now is to replace tires. I brought the car in for service and after a thorough check of the front end, wheels and tires, the service advisor brought me the news. I had no damage, my tires are in good condition and no adjustment is needed. Good news. Technician Jimmy explained what services he performed thoroughly. Very pleased with this experience More

BEWARE of Bait and Switch Found a Santa Fe SUV on True Car with low mileage and a good price, Printed the vehicle certificate and arranged for a test drive. The test drive was Found a Santa Fe SUV on True Car with low mileage and a good price, Printed the vehicle certificate and arranged for a test drive. The test drive was everything I expected. Informed the salesman I had a vehicle certificate with pricing from True Car. The salesman took all the paper work to the sales manager. After some time, the salesman returned and told me that my certificate pricing was no good. He stated that the sale price was 25% higher ( Bait and Switch ). I was not pleased with this. I asked to speak with the sales manager. When the manager arrived, I explained that I didn't make up the price of the car. This was the price I was quoted from True Car. The manager stated that the price is much higher, and I must have done something wrong. I felt at this point he was blaming me for changing the price on the certificate I that received from True Car. Sales Manager refused to try and negotiate a sale price. I was not treated with respect by sales manager. Byers BEWARE! More
