No response to quries and hiding information about vehicle I really had a very bad experience in dealing with the dealership. I purchased the preowned vehicle from the dealership by making the entire payment i I really had a very bad experience in dealing with the dealership. I purchased the preowned vehicle from the dealership by making the entire payment in cash. While taking the test drive of the car I realized the Air condition of the car was not working. The same was highlighted to the sales representative Mr. Omar immediately and he mentioned that he would get it fixed before delivering the car to me. Trusting the assurance by the sales person I made the advance payment ( This was my first mistake). However, when he came to deliver the car after couple to day I checked and realized the problem is not been addressed/fixed. The same was immediately highlighted to Omar on which he said he has ordered the parts and will call me once the parts are available in the service center. I trusted and made the balance payment to him (This was my second and biggest mistake). As a follow up with Omar. But he was neither replying to my messages not responding to my calls. Finally once when he spoke to me he said the problem will be fixed without any specific timeline. However, very soon I realized he is avoiding my calls as well as not responding to my messages. Probably because the entire payment was made by me. I visited the dealership (after a week of getting the delivery of the vehicle) to get this resolved and again got a false promise that I will get a call on Monday. Its already 4 days since I am waiting for the so called "promised phone call" but not to my surprise the experience is again the same. I have neither received any call nor have received any reply to my messages. Due to this entire episode I am compelled to return the car to the dealership and take my money back from them. DCN Hyundai has created a very negative and sad experience for me and I am very sure that I will never be able to deal with them in future. More

Love the Santa Fe DCN is a big improvement over previous dealership-Brad Bensen.
