I saw this certified pre-owned vehicle for sale on their website. I spoke with two sales person over the phone to inquire about pricing of the vehicle and possible discounts. Against better judgement I decided to drive an hour up there anyways for a test drive of the vehicle. After the test drive, at the table with a different sales person, I was presented with an out the door price break down. To my bewilderment, there was hidden fees that the dealer tacked on, but was not disclosed on the car's listing. The car is listed for $32,656, but with the undisclosed fee, the car became $38,146. Nearly $5,500 increase. If the listing is for a CPO car, then the certification fee and inspection fee should have already been incorporated to the price. This stealership makes deceptive advertising to lure customers in. More

I was quite surprised my experience with Ruote One Hyundai went very well. I was in and out of the dealership in roughly 3 hours which included another test drive, paperwork and vehicle introduction. My entire experience went without any surprises and was quite enjoyable. The salesperson, Patrick I interacted with was not at all personable. It was obvious he was just going through the motions of showing and riding with me as I test drove two cars. When I told him I was interested in leasing the second Tucson (dark blue) I test drove he coldly told me that the agreement I had over the phone with the sales manager was for the “white” Tucson, not the blue Tucson even though both cars were exactly the same with the same equipment. I told him to speak with the manager and the manager agreed to lease me the blue Tucson for the same lease price as for the white Tucson. After I drove the car home I realized the front license plate was mounted off-center. The salesman who i had dealt was not at all helpful in helping me resolve the issue. I had to speak with the sales manager who was helpful. Furthermore, the car was not prepped thoroughly. The inside windshield was dirty with smudges. It had not been cleaned. Also, there was no windshield fluid in windshield fluid tank. Furthermore, even though it was Saturday evening by the time the paperwork was done, the salesman, I could tell, was eager to go home and barely went over the operation of the cars instrumentation and plug-in electrical power component.
