There were not any attempts by your company Roundtree Ford Lincoln Shreveport to try to address my concerns or issues on this matter. I have made all the attempts to address and try to resolve this issue. I have spoken with the Bronco specialist Janet, the manager over her Garland, and I even spoke with the General Manager at this location. I am very surprised that after speaking with each of them no attempts were made by them to address my concerns or my issue. This is Auto Dealer Fraud what your company is doing and unlawful on many levels. I will keep pursuing this until something is done about this situation.

Parts were left off both times it was brought in for the same correction. I doubt I will be bringing my truck to your service department. Horrible experience and I’m an easy going guy. I picked it up the first time and it was missing the oil splash guard that is underneath the oil pan. That was a blessing in disguise as I was able to see leaking oil within an hour of picking up my truck. Also the 4 bolts were loose and one was about to fall out according to my mechanic. Now after receiving my truck the second time it was in your service department my truck is missing the splash aprons underneath the wheel wells. Why would I bring my truck back to Roundtree. Like I said in original review there was a Lot of lip service by your service guy. Said he would make it right and put gas in my truck when it was delivered and fixed. The truck had 12 miles until it was empty when y’all dropped it off at my house. I have to ask what is going on in your service department? Certainly no quality control or quality work.
