Mr. Thomas, I am sorry to hear about your frustration and understand that is can be aggravating. Our techs/advisors are working diligently in order to get your vehicle back on the road, unfortunately we are having a very difficult time getting your 3rd party warranty to cover the motor that is needed. This can be increasingly difficult when a customer does not have a Ford Protect warranty.
