Best and smoothest vehicle transaction I ever had. I drove 2 hours each way and upon arrival they they had everything ready to go and got me in and out in a smooth fashion but didn't miss anything eit I drove 2 hours each way and upon arrival they they had everything ready to go and got me in and out in a smooth fashion but didn't miss anything either. Impressive. I’ve seen a lot of things in my day. I’ve worked in tv in NYC at NBC and for the federal government. I know what it means to be direct and how to I’ve seen a lot of things in my day. I’ve worked in tv in NYC at NBC and for the federal government. I know what it means to be direct and how to communicate when the pressure is on. My time is very valuable to me. I was extremely happy with my experience at Rossi Chevrolet. Mark L. and the entire staff that day made the experience as smooth as possible, even when challenges were thrown at me like my prior auto insurance not excepting me bc I didn’t currently carry any insurance with my old car off the road for a year. Mark quickly quelled that issue by finding a solution for me which turned out even better than what I had with NJM. Then my cell phone was acting up due to a bad signal. There was a storm ongoing and reception was sketchy at best. My emails weren’t coming thru on my phone, I was having trouble even connecting to the Rossi free Wi-Fi. I became frustrated due to my own high expectations that I strive for in a professional setting. All I can say is, the staff quickly realized that in order to get this deal done I would need help. They walked me thru setting everything up via a computer and email. I can’t thank them enough for keeping the goal as simple as can be which really made me calm down. Finally, I want to say the biggest thank you goes to Mark L. The salesman who listened closely to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. I had in mind a Jeep Cherokee but he first wanted me to test drive this Blazer on the lot. Needless to say, after about 2 mins of driving I told Mark I don’t even want to see the Jeep. This car was meant for me. It was then and ONLY then, that he commented to me that he knew this was what I was looking for and that the Jeep wasn’t going to deliver what I asked him to find me in a vehicle. He was so spot on! But the impressive part was, he didn’t trash my request to see the Jeep. He let the Blazer and his experience do the talking, and that was a very big deal to me. I’m not easily impressed by anything; this day I certainly was. He saved me time and energy. It was exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even know it bc I was set on that Jeep. My overall experience at Rossi, from Mark to Haighlee and everyone at the tech desk, was 5 out of 5. I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s important to me. Thank you again! Rob C.
