I had an appointment for an oil change and added a tire rotation to my service. I was greeted with kindness and prompt service from Jeremy and Maureen.The waiting area is comfortable and friendly and the w rotation to my service. This is our third car purchased from Rossi and they are always great to deal with. No high pressure sales, friendly employees and fair pricing. This place is horrible. The sales people and the owner, Ed Rossi, just want to get money out of you. The service is even worse. The service manager, Bob, has a huge attitude. I recently got an estimate from the,m for something they claimed needed to be replaced. When I went to make the appointment and confirm the price on the estimate, they told me oops we made a mistake and the price will be doubled. Refused in any way to honor the original estimate or even work with me on the price. I then took my car to two separate mechanics who said that there was no problem at all and I was being ripped off! Never by a car from them. They are extremely shady and GREEDY!!! More
I took my 2003 Chevy Impala to Rossi's Chevrolet on the advice of Matthew Montes (GM Customer Service Rep.) after another dealer could not complete the repair. The vehicle theft deterrent system was not working properly. Numerous failed attempts to reprogram the body control module were made. I watched as Rossi's knowledgeable technician did a very thorough job. He finally detected a blown fuse caused the problems. The service advisor Ronald Hanson was great to deal with as I demonstrated much frustration. I would highly recommend the Service Department at Rossi's Chevrolet Buick GMC to others. The price was fair and the work was done promptly. More
Only dealt with their service department. On first site, very nice, pull into protected garage, but then the trouble starts. VERY SLOW!!! OK waiting room, but if I have make my appointment 2 weeks in adva very nice, pull into protected garage, but then the trouble starts. VERY SLOW!!! OK waiting room, but if I have make my appointment 2 weeks in advance, please take my car at it's scheduled time. Only 3 oil changes here (had very good coupons) and average wait is 2 hours. Unless I find some great coupons again, I'm shopping around for new dealer. More
