Eventually. an agreement was reached wherein the car's plain rear view mirror was to be replaced with a more sophisticated model including a compass and a link to my garage door's function. I was informed by Mr. Gibbons of the Finance Department that a special arrangement had been granted by upper management and the mirror would be replaced at an added cost to me of $300. I reluctantly agreed to that. When I first arrived at the Service Department for the installation, Mr. Rob Peace informed me that the charge for the mirror replacement would be a great deal more than $378. He immediately recognized my frustration and anger at what was an added insult. After having served twenty-five years in the U.S. Navy (and having commanded two submarines), as well as running my own post-retirement business, my word is proven to be good. I expect the same from those with whom I deal in business. Mr. Peace immediately assured me that he would see to it that my cost would indeed be $300. He also closely monitored the completion of the order XZILLON coating to my car, ensuring that it was flawless. I have had reasons to be unhappy with Roseville Hyundai.Mr. Peace's intervention went a long way in restoring my confidence in your company. Now I need only to find someone to explain how to connect the new control to my garage door. (I was given no instructions in this regard). More

Ivan invited me to test drive the Hybrid and shared the rebates being offered and I loved it! Don't go in knowing what you want We went in for the advertised special, of course we didn't qualify for all of the discounts that were supposed to get us the lowest price, and that wa We went in for the advertised special, of course we didn't qualify for all of the discounts that were supposed to get us the lowest price, and that was ok. The problem started when the finance guy argued with me about the advertised interest rate and said that it wasn't available unless I bought an extended warranty. I went back to the ad after we left and found out that if we had gotten the popular option package for $700 less than the extended warranty, we would have qualified. They did sell us exactly what we came in to buy, but they could have been more forthcoming about what else was available. Also, my wife wanted a blue car, the closest one they could find was in Richmond, we settled on a silver one because there was one in Chico, by the time they made the deal and we got the paperwork going, someone there decide it was too late to go get it and we ended up waiting until the next day to get the car anyway. If we had known we were going to end up waiting a day, we would have gotten the blue one. I am happy with the car but I could have gotten the color we wanted, with a few more features, for a little less money, and that would have made me much happier. And there was no reason I should have had to make 3 trips to the dealership and spend 10+ hours there in total. More
