I had a great experience. I had to reschedule my recall appointment to a different day and got it approved for a later time to work with my schedule. Well, my part wasn't available, even though I made the appointment 3 months ago. So Shon ordered it and told me to make another appointment in 2 weeks, I did. BUT, when got home I noticed it said I was d appointment 3 months ago. So Shon ordered it and told me to make another appointment in 2 weeks, I did. BUT, when got home I noticed it said I was dropping off my vehicle, which I'm not, so had to make another appointment but nothing available till May. Also asked that they let let Shon know.
