The piece came with a card good for $1000 off as an incentive to past VW owners (which we were), only to find that it applied to all the vehicles promoted in the piece EXCEPT the Iconiq..... very deceiving piece and of course I wasn't told this until after I'd agreed to make the purchase. Un-needed work Took in my Elantra for transmission flush after 115,000 miles in April of this year. While waiting on site for the work to be completed, was contacte Took in my Elantra for transmission flush after 115,000 miles in April of this year. While waiting on site for the work to be completed, was contacted by my service manager Chris Calden who told me that my licenses plate light was burned out and to replace it would cost $18.00 and they would be glad to do it right now. Could not figure how putting in a new light bulb could cost that much so I declined having them to do the work. Just figured I would do it when I get home. When the car was pulled around to be picked up when finished, I turned on the lights and as I anticipated the licenses plate light was working just fine. I checked it again when I got home and several times since then and that light is working just great. It is to bad that this service manager felt that they would be able to screw me out of another $18.00 when I was already spending about $250.00. So now I will not be using this dealership any longer nor will I ever recommend them and that to me is a real shame as I bought the car here and have had them do the majority of my major service. More

2017 Genesis purchase experience. As stated before, our salesman Ivan was professional, helpful and patient. He patiently showed us all of the features of the car and introduced us to As stated before, our salesman Ivan was professional, helpful and patient. He patiently showed us all of the features of the car and introduced us to the service person. We had limited personal contact with Spencer, but he too was helpful. I believe he is the internet person. Our only complaint is with the finance person, Brandon Wood. As stated earlier he was rude, condescending and argumentative. Until I asked, he never mentioned that by financing through Hyundai we could get a better interest rate than what our bank quoted us. He then took credit for saving us the difference, he told us he didn't have to do that. But the real problem started when we declined the extended warranty. He would not let it go. He tried to scare us by guaranteeing that something will go wrong with the car, most likely the computer.He argued that he saved us over $1,800.00 by getting us a lower interest rate; again we asked about it, he did not offer or mention it. He said this was "free money" that he got for us and then wanted us to spend this "free money" plus over $1,000.00 additional for the warranty. Every time we told him no, he would continue to argue with us.I know these guys make a lot of money (commission) on these extended warranties, but when someone declines the offer that should be the end of it. Brandon was very, very high pressure. More
