Hyundai purchase The sales process was easy. I came in pre-approved with a loan and got a vehicle price quote from truecar.com. I was contacted by sales manager Spence The sales process was easy. I came in pre-approved with a loan and got a vehicle price quote from truecar.com. I was contacted by sales manager Spencer Widmeyer and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival I was setup with sales associate Jake Levy. Jake did a wonderful job explaining the different trims between the different trims of the Hyundai Tucson I wanted. I was well informed with the vehicle and it met all my expectations. The only thing I found odd was during the financing part, I was offered 9% through Hyundai Financing instead should I put down an extra $700 dollars instead of the 11% from Capitol One which I was pre-approved for. The 9% would come up an upgraded warranty to 120k 10 years. I went with the Hyundai financing and put up an extra $700 dollars for down payment. What was odd was my monthly payment didn't not change even thought it was 2% less than had I opted for Capitol One. Was I mislead to purchasing $700 extended warranty? More
