Service department Everything about the purchase of my vehicle was great. The only problem I have is how my new car presented to me to drive home after the dealership washed it and filled it with gas. It had real bad water spots on the front of it that wouldn't come off. I pointed them out to our sales man and he had an appointment scheduled for the next week to get vehicle detailed at the dealership. So dropped off the car at 7 am to have water spots removed and have the air pressure in all the tires set the same went back at 5 to pick up the car and the water spots were still on it and the air pressure in tires was not done so I fixed tthe air pressure myself when I got home. But I have to take the car back a second time to get the water spots removed. I'm not very happy with the work that is done in the service department. But it's not the first time that I have had problems with the work done in the service department More

Salesman was excellent, financing dept. was bad Josep, the salesman, was VERY professional, he was patient and understanding - I'd recommend him to friends. Devon in the financing department was far from professional including insulting my intelligence and decision making process (after deciding to not buy the extended warranty) PRIOR to me signing and actually buying the car - NOT a smart move on his behalf. He should be taught to not insult people buying a car before they've actually agreed and signed all the paperwork. His logic used to try and reason the purchase of the extended warranty was also skewed, severely. He went on and on how the car is going to break down. He just about made me want to take my business elsewhere. Devon is the only hesitation I have from recommending people I know to go buy their car here; however, I know to tell them how to steer clear of his tricks. All things considered, my salesman was excellent, but I cannot say the same for the "financing" person, and you know what? That's what I will remember about this whole purchase, and that's what I'll tell people I know, and that's just unfortunate. But I know I got a good deal, and I was able to trade in my junk car, so for that, I am grateful. More
