The work was done efficiently and on time. Part of the job was they said they rotated my tires, however it looks like they did not do it and there’s a special lug nut that is needed to remove Part of the job was they said they rotated my tires, however it looks like they did not do it and there’s a special lug nut that is needed to remove the Lugnuts on the wheels that is kept in my glove box and it was not used. I just took delivery of a new GV60, two months ahead of the promised delivery date. At a time when EVs take almost a year to get, this was refreshing. I had two great people working with me, Deion for th the promised delivery date. At a time when EVs take almost a year to get, this was refreshing. I had two great people working with me, Deion for the test drive and Nijee to finish the transaction, since Deion had to leave before we got into all the paperwork. Both were very knowledgeable about the GV60 and very personable. The gentleman in finance helped move the process along with all the paperwork. I've had two nightmare five hour sessions at other dealerships, trying to close the deal. Not here. The paperwork took a little time, since there is a lot of it, but there was no hard-sell to get me to take the usual "extras." My polite no thank you was respected. The other part of the delivery was getting to know the technology in the car, which took some time, but it was all useful information for me and my wife, explained very carefully. This may be one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership, from the test drive, to completing the deal and learning about the car. Finally, since I came from El Cerrito to Roseville to get the car (long story as to why I wound up buying the GV60 here, rather than closer to home), I had a nice long drive home to get acquainted with how the car drives, which is even better than I envisioned. Great car, great experience with this dealer, and on a Saturday no less! I wish Deion and Nijee well! You can't find two better gentlemen to work with. More
