I’m still a relatively new customer. I’ve only had my Hyundai for 2 years and have done routine maintenance. Staff are pleasant to deal with. Service appointments are not convenient to s I’ve only had my Hyundai for 2 years and have done routine maintenance. Staff are pleasant to deal with. Service appointments are not convenient to schedule though. Minimum 4-6 weeks out. Oh and I’m not a fan of spam emails to get me to call dealership. I received a bogus email last week telling me my appointment was on a Sunday. Service isn’t even open on Sunday. The plan was to get me to call and talk about trading in my car. Dirty tactic. Waste my time. More

Would have been 5 stars but the service rep told me I needed a fuel additive even though I told him I always used top tier gas.
