My husband and I had come in to find out more information about leasing a new Sonata. I had a 2003 Sonata that was getting up in miles, over 100,000, and I knew it was time to get a new car, but I knew I co about leasing a new Sonata. When we walked in, we were greeted in a very friendly manner and seated right away. Within a few minutes, Edwin had assessed what we wanted and was telling us about our options for leasing. I like that he addressed what we wanted, answered our questions patiently and didn't try to pressure us into anything else. Even though we weren't quite prepared to do a lease that night, Edwin assessed our old car and was able to give us a really good deal that we couldn't pass up. My only complaint is that it took a very long time, over 3 hours to process everything. I can only imagine that this is normal, but for me, it felt like a long time. More

Today I bought my third Hyundai and went to this dealership to buy it because I knew how well I would be treated and I was. I was very happy with the amount I was given for my trade-in and the payments on my new car was within the range I had requested. I was never high pressured and for the first time in my life, I have owned many vehicles (64 yrs old), it was a very pleasant experience. All my experiences with Hyundai dealerships in California and Springfield Missouri were good ones but Roseville Hyundai was just down right plesant. This dealership takes me home if my car needs to be left for servicing and picks me up without a charge. They truly care about their customers and that is why they come back like I did. More
I have to say the whole experience at Roseville Hyundai was not a bad one. But after leaving the dealership I discovered some things that they did that were underhanded. I came in being preapproved for a l was not a bad one. But after leaving the dealership I discovered some things that they did that were underhanded. I came in being preapproved for a loan and explained that when looking at a certain vehicle. The salesman said that wasn't a problem at all. After waiting for an hour to see the financing agent, he told me that he would have no problem going through the credit union I was preapproved through. When I was signing the paper work I noticed that my credit score had dwindled lower than when I had checked it after being preapproved. The financing agent said that, that generally was the case, depending on who you checked your credit score with. I walked away happy. About two weeks later I received a letter from a completely different bank, thanking me for choosing them to do my loan. I was really confused, and called immediately Roseville Hyundai. They could care less. I talked to several people all with the same attitude, none of them cared. I was frustrated and irritated that the financing agent would lie and not tell me the truth. A week later I received a paper in the mail from yet another bank telling me that they approved a loan for different terms for me and the offer was rejected by Hyundai. I couldn't believe that they went to two different banks to get a loan when I was already preapproved. I will not use them again. If you lie to me about something like this-- what else were you dishonest about. Needless to say my credit score dropped. More
It was a very nice experience, customer service was great and they waited for me to enter store before greeting me unlike some other stores I shopped where I could not even get out of car. Overall it was an excellent experience, we wanted to make a deal and they made it easy, not alot of back and forth. More

The first couple of times seemed to be fine and the people were pretty nice. Then I paid over $500 for a 30,000 mile service. I reviewed the extensive check list that was provided and all of the services they claimed to have checked, repaired and completed. Unfortunately I found out they had not completed all of the areas that were marked off. The rep offered me an apology, without any kind of explanation as to how they could overlook such things, and told me "Come on in and we'll fix it for you." ...Come in again? Come in on MY saturday and wait around for you to fix something that was supposed to be fixed in the first place? I was so disappointed. They offered me a whopping $30 credit. Thanks a lot guys. I've seen the reports and programs that talk about how companies prey on people who can't tell if they have done the work they were supposed to. I honestly feel like I fell victim to that kind of business. They see a 20 something female walk in and all they see is dollar signs. I don't know about the sales...but I would stay FAR from the service department More
We had a great experience. We would reccomend this dealer to anyone. Very honest and upfront. They treated us very well and we got a great car at a great price. I purchased a Hyundai Genesis from this dealership back in the Summer of 2008. I've been extremely satisfied w/ the car, but the dealership I bought it from is a joke. Their sales people, receptionists, and managers are all rude, arrogant, and couldn't care less about their customers. As a current customer interested in the new Equus that is coming out in 2010 I had made numerous attempts to arrange a date/time to come in and see a demo of this vehicle that was due to arrive at their dealership in early August. After multiple calls/messages I finally got in touch with one of their sales managers, Jason, who promised to let me know when it arrived. After waiting a few weeks and not hearing anything I gave a call back and on my 3rd attempt was able to reach the same sales manager. He told me the car had been in their showroom for the past week or so and that I could come look at it. I asked why he hadn't called me and he simply said he forgot. He assured me the car would still be in their showroom through the weekend so I told him I would be driving down to see it on Saturday (I live 100+ miles away). Upon my arrival the car was no where to be found and I had been told it was sent to Las Vegas the day before (the day after I spoke w/ the sales manager). On my last conversation with him I had given my phone numbers again and asked him to please call me if the anything changed so I didn't drive 100+ miles for nothing. When I asked why he wasted 3.5 hours of my time he had no response and told me to leave. This dealership is a complete joke! I will never again patronize their facility and will be sure to tell everyone I know just how badly they treat their customers after the sale. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because of my initial sales experience with Steve Duncan, who no longer works there. Smart man! More
