I had my eye on a Genesis Coupe for some time. I'd been to a few other Hyundai dealerships, but felt like I'd been brushed off both times. Roseville Hyundai, and especially Nick Cojan, really made my car-b to a few other Hyundai dealerships, but felt like I'd been brushed off both times. Roseville Hyundai, and especially Nick Cojan, really made my car-buying experience a good one. From the start, they listened to me, worked with me on price (within reason), and didn't push the extended warranties too hard. Their location is very convenient, and even though there are closer Hyundai dealers, I will return to them for service. I don't give out top marks on reviews very often, but this time it's deserved. Dealt with sales people Edwin, Brandon, and Steven. All 3 were easy to work with. Edwin was good toward the end of the transaction. We did NOT enjoy our dealings with Jason (believed to be a manager). H 3 were easy to work with. Edwin was good toward the end of the transaction. We arrived at the dealership with every expectation that Hyundai would eliminate itself from competition with Honda and Toyota. Since we had every expectation that we would be purchasing a Toyota Corolla w Hyundai would eliminate itself from competition with Honda and Toyota. Since we had every expectation that we would be purchasing a Toyota Corolla we were completely surprised to even consider test driving the Elantra. Brandon Wood was very patient and gave us a very good experience. While we spent slightly more than what we had originally budgeted we have no regrets. The car is a real pleasure to drive. First of all I have to say that I spent many evenings searching for my car and Roseville Hyundai is the cleanest dealership I’ve ever seen. Maybe it doesn’t matter for most people but I believe the way the place you work at look like has an impact on how people work, and the quality of the service they will provide to customers. Then he really listened to my needs, didn’t try to push me to buy a car, didn’t ask hundred times when I will get the money to pay for the car I wanted to buy. Most dealerships I went to were really pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. I never felt that way at Roseville Hyundai. Nick have always been cheerful, helpful and welcoming. He explain questions about maintainance in a clear and knowledgable way. He keep you updated on how the work is going and if there are any hidden costs and/or difficulties. They are both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services at this dealership.
