This dealership is, by far, the best one I have ever worked with. I have purchased many new cars in the past. They were gracious on the phone, speedy in finding the auto I wanted, straight-forward w worked with. I have purchased many new cars in the past. They were gracious on the phone, speedy in finding the auto I wanted, straight-forward with pricing and financing and willing to hold the car for 24 hours without a deposit until I could get to the dealership (2 hours away from my home). When meeting with them they were courteous and polite with no pressure or hard-sell tactics. They used a soft touch and Doug stayed with me throughout the entire buying process. He prepped the car, held the door open for me when I was leaving, then showed me the controls and how they worked. When I left the dealership, it felt like a family member had been working with me. I highly recommend this dealership and especially the two internet salespeople, Joey and Doug. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from them. My husband and I started out just wanting to "look and see" about Hyundai. We were in no rush for a new car but new the time was coming. We started off at the downtown "retail" showroom in the mall. Teba was great, helpful and we test drove 3 cars over the course of a week. We were impressed by the reviews, ratings, warranty, looks, drivability and gas mileage. We moved from wanting a Sonata to the Elantra as this is the car I will be driving and I wanted zippy and smaller. The Sonata was incredible but a bit too large for me we went w/the Elantra loaded. Unfortunately Teba's supervisors were complete jerks. One guy was filling in from the S.Sacto dealership and he was downright rude and agressive( he is mentioned unfavorably in other reviews we read afterwards). My husband and I DO NOT respond well to intimidation, rudeness and the arrogant attitude that " we have a great sought after car so take it or leave it, no matter to us" After she saw our reaction to this complete idiot she sent us to another guy who, while less aggressive was not straight w/us in pricing and accessories. We do our homework, my husband researches EVERYTHING thoroughly and we knew the numbers based on the website and talking w/4 other dealerships in CA. We value honesty, integrity and being straightforward. Tell it like it is honestly and we will take it or leave it but NEVER con us. Unfortunately for Teba we left and went to the Roseville Hyundai immediately. Edwin Guadamuz greeted us and promptly sold us a car. We added the premium package as the car was already considerably less than most of our previous cars, had some great extras in that package and made me happy:) They negotiated a reasonable trade in for our Volvo S-60, gave us a competitive price, treated us respectfully as if our business was wanted, gee, imagine that!! and we bought on the spot. We did wait a few weeks which was fine, it is an immensely popular car, let me drive the Volvo in the meanwhile and the car arrived right on time. We picked it up yesterday, paid for it and left. So far I have only driven it a few miles but am liking it more every minute I am in it. I LOVED my Volvo but it had a major flaw and we were NOT treated well by Volvo so we are not going to be 'Volvo for life". Maybe we will be Hyundai for life? I have been in sales myself a long time and I cannot understand on ANY level a lack of honesty, integrity, concern for your client or at the very least how you are being perceived and arrogance. It seems the height of stupidity to behave as such. Hyundai appears to have an extradorinary car and hence must have people in their dealerships representative of this quality. Positives: Dealership has a nice location with a friendly helpful staff. Beautiful looking sleek Sonata Limited turbo. Negatives: This car took over a month to get. We wanted a white exterior, black interior turbo limited that the dealer didn't have on the lot. They would have to order it. They said the car would take a week to get. We kept getting "the car will be here within the week" answer. OMG this gets old after the fourth time. We almost gave up deciding to void the contract somehow. And then the car finally arrived. Beautiful car I have to say, just took forever. The tracking system they use to get cars from other dealers needs to be updated big time. More

I recently purchased a new Venitian Red 2011 Sonata Limited with camel and black interior. It has the 2.4L 198 HP 4 cyl engine. I traded my 2007 Red Camry. My salesman was Samlesh Pal (SAM). He followed up with me with what he promised and delivered what he promised. So far, I am very happy with my new Sonata. In 2009, we bought a new Genesis and I am very pleased with it as well after owning 2 prior Mercedes E 350's. I would recommend your dealership and SAM to anyone who is interested in buying a Hyundai. My Sonata has a more "peppy" engine than the Camry and the interior has lots more eye appeal as well. We were greeted by Patrick the first time we stopped by to see the Sonata. He was very helpful and we drove one. We also sat in the Genesis. We actually drove one at another dealership, but realized they wouldn't be as good to work with on price etc. We drove to Roseville from Napa and were helped by Ray Smith (Patricks day off). With Ray and Joeys help we decided on color and price of a Red Genesis with Cashmere interior. They were very helpful and patient. Kajen did the paperwork. He was very friendly and helpful. When we picked up the car, two different gentlemen showed us things about the car, but we really didn't get the attention we had recieved before on our other visits. No one we knew was there and it seemed to be busy with potential buyers. I must say that Patricks help the first time we stopped is what influenced us to go back when we were serious about buying.
